Consistently really poor service. I can't go to this location anymore. The food is thrown together and packaged poorly, they forget items that you paid for. I will be going to another location going forward.
This Dunkin’ has always been good to me, the manager (at least I’m pretty sure he is the manager, or owner??) is friendly and you can tell it typically reflects in his employees, at least from my experiences there. I go to the drive thru more than inside, but the times I have been inside everyone has been pleasant and the manager is a G! lol!! I will go out of my way to go to this Dunkin instead of the one closer to me just because they are solid 🙌🏼🩷🤍🤎 I didn’t catch her name, but the employee that served me my mobile order in the drive thru this morning was so kind :) xx

Waited 5 minutes,with nobody else in the store. Finally she asked what i wanted and she couldn't even understand switching a tea for coffee on the 6 dollar breakfast deal. Will never go back to this don't care Dunkin that can't even speak English.
