Drive though team is extremely rude. They need come customer service. They took 10 minutes to give me a burnt chicken croissant… I went through the drive through to save time, and there were no cars in front of me. I never write a negative review, but seriously, save your time and don’t go there.

I went to drive through today and got a breakfast sandwich, staff saved me a $4 mistake and made (by far) the best bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had at a drive through and wayyy better than any other Duncan I e ever been to, the bacon was so flavorful and crisp, and it was cooked perfectly!!! Delicious!! Thank you!!!!!

Drive thru ladies don’t know what good customer service is, they never say thank you (even if you say thank you to them), and simply close the window in your face after running your card and handing over your food. Many other Dunkin’s to patronize so I’m likely done giving this location my money. It’s not appreciated!

I ordered a large iced cappuccino because they had a $2 special. I was surprised that it wasn't full, and when I tasted it, I was even more surprised, so I just threw it away. I wonder if it was because it was a special, or if it just tasted that way, but I won't order the same thing again.

I had ordered the 10 count wicked munchkins My mother had gone 10 minutes before to check if they had them.they did. I then put in an online order for them to walk in and see that there are none left for me and my friends Very disappointed

This location has been horrible as of late. Molly preceded to hand me the wrong drink yesterday and on top of that was coughing over our food before hand off. I was taken aback by it all. Had no choice but the throw it out. Will no longer be going to this location.
The vanilla bean coolattas are what make me a repeat customer, but the lady servicing the drive thru told me it was a baskin drink and refused to sell one to me. It's a Dunkin creation!?
