I order here of a lot & more than a handful times their bagels are like rocks, and overcooked even when selecting toast lightly. Both the bagel bites and the regular bagels. I haven’t had any issues with service or other food items, but some reason Dunkin' doughnuts bagels are always tough and stale. I think this is a chain issue since it’s not the only location I’ve had this issue. I feel like they are using old bagels, and not throwing the old ones out.

Zero stars if that was an option. I did the drive through this past Saturday, November 16th. Worst customer service ever. I would not complain but the more I think of it the more this upsets me how this woman is treating customers, and the company needs to know. Working in the customer service industry my whole entire life this is what gets me. 1st of all I had a lot of trouble trying to place my order since the woman taking my order apparently can't understand English nor can she even speak English. When I said bacon wake me up wraps, she kept saying snackin bacon. So, I should have known our order would not come out right. Once I got to the window, she handed my boyfriend what looked like chocolate milk. Reading the label, it was Mocha Latte which I never have ordered in my life nor know what Mocha is. As a loyal customer, I always order the same thing, which is the Iced Caramel Latte with sugar which you can see in my order history. My boyfriend informed the woman that this is incorrect. Then the woman gives us an attitude and says this is what we ordered as she knows everything. We thanked her and said nicely this is incorrect as we never order Mocha. How does Mocha sound like Caramel? When she repeated the order, she got it right with Caramel but magically at the window she said we said Mocha. She mumbled something to her co-worker in her language and then looked at us and told us that she will fix it this time, but it will take 5 minutes. Since there are a lot of cars behind us, we need to move up front. We kindly inform her that we will not move as she messed up our order and making our drinks does not take more than 5 minutes and we too are paid customers. The woman got even more furious with us asking her co-worker to get her the phone which I do not understand why. I understand the language barrier which is not an excuse but felt her customer service skills would have been better if she could have informed us differently for her mistake instead of constantly saying she knows everything. Once our drinks were made the Dunkin staff lady basically tried to shove the drinks into my boyfriend’s hands which he took back and said please do NOT push. Then with an angry facial expression she looked straight at me saying that I need to repeat my order next time because again she knows everything but can’t take the blame for her mistake. Customer service 101 you never yell at customers and even if it was miss communication wouldn’t you try to fix it in a nice way instead of being rude.

I usually always come here for my coffee always and they’re always so friendly and make the food on point ! Today Sangita recommended me the new Iced Potion Macchiato and I love it ! It’s not too sweet and it’s the perfect combination!

FOOD REVIEW: I’m glad I opened this bag up unfortunately to find small hairs at the bottom of it. Disgusting.
Also ordered a cold brew that taste just like black coffee, even with all of the sweeteners that are added in it.
I have had bad service previously with this place about not wanting to honor coupons that I have from the app but given my better judgment, I wanted to give them a second chance, but this right here is proof in the pudding. I will not be back. They need some new management or new training immediately.

You cant chew or break the bagels unless you use a lot of chewing power. I’ve got good teeth but if you have a bridge or falsies then call your dentist first. The coffee and service are great just mad this is my 3rd bagel that i could not bite through. I tried to call and yall didn’t pick up so I emailed someone on the website. Please fix the stale bagels because I’ll have to drive all the way to the dunkin on Duluth Hwy off hurricane shoals. Notice my hard bite mark failed to reach the other side lol.
