I look forward to getting my coffee every thursday! Not only is my coffee so good but it makes my day to talk with the staff. I enjoy my whole experience that i find myself budgeting for another coffee day! Its more than just a cup of coffee its an experience i look forward to!

The staff are nice I’ve heard bad things about the manager. Although the strategy to get free donuts is to go at 6:30 pm ish. So I asked for a donut. I bought it. Then I asked if they’re made fresh, to which the Indian employee (don’t know his name) said yes. Then he offered me free donuts. I took one. Good thing to do, but I should’ve asked before buying.

Every time I get donuts from here the donuts are dry and old. They are not fresh even when coming in at the open. DO NOT get donuts from here.
I stopped to this location to buy 5 gift cards; however, didn’t spend not one dime because no one never came from the back to greet me nor see if I needed help with anything after waiting for 5 or so minutes. So, I left and won’t be back there.

I love DD, but this location has some employees who don't know or care what they are doing. It's sad. My experience today was a kid working the window and just about threw my drink out the window. I know people are busy, but at least try to be more civilized to the customers.
