Workers here tried to kick us out of our room twice.

I called in and made a reservation at 10 for 4 people for 2 hours. The person who took my call told me everything was set. We got there and the person working at the front counter told us that they don't do reservations for 4 ppl, but luckily they got us into a room after waiting 10 minutes. After an hour, someone came into our room saying our time was up but we were able to add another hour as it was originally planned. The second hour passes and they come into the room and tell us we got time for one more song, and they leave. Not even a minute later another person comes in telling us we need to get out.

Karaoke here was okay but there was absolutely zero communication between the people who work here and the experience was pretty bad because of it.

We come here all the time after concerts and get togethers. The service is always accommodating. We went recently and they were out of ramen but they were very nice about it. We'll always be a customer here

The first time my friends and I ever did karoke. It was super fun!! We are happy we decided to come here for our first time because the employees were very attentive. One employee showed us how to use the controller to change the music. The room we were in was clean and spacious enough to get up and dance/perform! We were only able to reserve our room for 1 hr but I guess because a lot of people were coming in that night. We ended up paying $20 for 1 hr and party of 3. I would definitely go again, can't wait!!

The owner lady was very rude when we ask for a room she arrogantly told us only 1 hr is available.. after majority of customer left she just added hours without notifying.. also extremely overpriced..

A few of my coworkers of mine and I went to this establishment for the first time last night and it was such a blast! We sang for about an hour and the vibes were immaculate. The staff working were also very kind and helpful to us! Overall 10/10 experience <3

It was my worst experience in karaoke places. Me and my friend visited here on Saturday night after we had dinner and the worker said we're on the waiting list expecting the waiting time 20min. The worker called us waiting outside that the table is ready but the owner said it's not our turn but it will be more than an hour for waiting. It was ridiculous cuz the worker called my name correctly. Anyways.. I thought it could be people are extending hours so i said we will still wait. Suddenly the owner said you don't need to wait for the room and just leave. I asked her back what's the reason even I kept saying that's fine for the waiting but she said me and my friend are drunk so she will call the police she knows for interrupting business. I called my husband who did not drink at all and explain the situation and he tried to intervene why the owner is so upset. No explanation but she said take them home and leave. I saw the review after the day that she preferred to take group with more people that makes more money hourly.

I’ve been here so many times and every time is always a great time. I brought friends and family here for bdays and other events and we always leave with big smiles ?. Staff is great and very accommodating, the owner I believe she’s Korean she’s always so nice to us. very beautiful lady. The drink menu is great love the selection of Soju. Food is always piping hot . My favorite Karaoke place in town ?

Reason for writing a review: the owner decided to overcharge us without a reasonable excuse.She asked for $60 claiming we were a party of ten until I called the young employee to verify that it was only 4 of us and he said it would be $30. She decided we needed to pay $40.From the beginning, the service was bad. As soon as we walked in they didn’t even bother asking how can I help you or anything like that. There were two people in the front desk. A young guy and an older woman. I went up to the young employee and asked for much would it be for 4 people. He responded with 30 an hour. I agreed. I sat down to wait for my others friend to arrive. Once they arrive I said we’re ready and the young employee proceeded to just point at the door for us to show. I thought he probably got the room ready for us and didn’t think anything else. He didn’t ask we wanted to purchase any waters or anything like that. We just walked in and the first issue was the fact that the lights did not work with the music. I proceeded to go outside and ask the guy if he could please fix it. He said I’m sorry it doesn’t work which then the older woman said some instructions for him to fix it. He said try the next song see if it still doesn’t work. We tried and it did not work. Which now I’m dealing they probably already knew from the beginning. I walked out to ask the guy in the front desk if he could switch us to another room where the lights would work. He looked annoyed by our request then another guy took over. Said to wait in the room then took us to the new room. He looked very annoyed as well. We proceeded to ignore it because we just wanted to enjoy our night out. At the end when the one hour timer on the screen was up we were ready to go home. We walked to the front desk to pay. This is where older woman said to pay $60, if the young guy hadn’t come over to tell her it was only 4 of us from the beginning she would’ve tried to charge us $60. The other guy in the front desk apologized and talked to the woman. I said it’s okay and repeated that the young guy told us it would be $30. She said no it’s $40, I asked why?. She said because you switched rooms and I said because the lights didn’t work. Once again she repeated that we had used two rooms and we had to paid a $10 fee. Which nowhere in time did they mention that. Which would have been something to let us know at the time things were happening. And that would have been fine for us. However, they did not let us know about this extra fee. The service was not good. The lady wanted to overcharge us from the beginning when it had one been 4 of us for only 1 hour. She was straight up disrespectful and dismissive of the whole situation. Having to pay $40 for one hour is totally fine but just wanting to take advantage of people is not. We went to celebrate my best friend’s birthday and she ended getting upset at this place’s way of handling a situation that could have not been an issue from ten beginning. I’m upset at the lack of clear communication and having to go trough many different instances that were uncomfortable and unnecessary. We would have gotten any extra drinks if we hadn't just finished eating dinner.

The vibe in Lawrenceville Suwanee is just unbeatable – every visit feels like a mini-concert where I’m the star. Counting down the days till I go back!

Had an absolute blast at Echo Karaoke in Lawrenceville Suwanee! The song choices are endless, and I swear the sound system makes even my off-key singing sound decent. The cozy private rooms are perfect for belting out tunes with friends. It’s my new go-to spot for a fun night out!
