The food was ok. They messed up our order a few different ways. It also sounded like someone was in the back playing call of duty or something. It didnt up set me but what upset me is they never came out to try to pass the sticks.

The drink menu did not have a price ,the manager had to go on the computer to check every time I asked the price so be careful you will be paying 40 dollars for Magritte

The food was amazing! Great price, atmosphere and live music. I got the famous “mocajete” and it was so delicious, and greatly portioned. I also wanted to give a shout out to Maria/ our server- who was so attentive, sweet, caring, and went above and beyond in having an incredible experience. Thank you so much Maria. You are wonderful!!

Some of the best margaritas in the area. Everything is affordable and very good! Currently one of our favorite mexican restaurants! Our family really likes the burrito bowls.

This is by far the worse Mexican food I have ever had. My husband had the fajita quesadilla and said it was good, probably a 3. But my spinach dip had way too much salt, very little spinach and the cheese was watery. I also had the chicken nachos which had a few chips around the rim with cheese poured over them and a pile of chicken in the middle and too sugar in the sauce to really enjoy it. For me it was a 1 but because my husband said his food was good I rated it a 2 overall.

We visited El Molcajete Cantina & Grill last week and really enjoyed the molcajete. The food was well-prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was very attentive. If the rest of the menu maintains the same quality, it’s definitely a place worth visiting again

Food is good. Chicken burritos and flautas were both really good.
House margarita (not on menu) is disgustingly awful & unpalatable for $11.50 for 22oz. Do NOT get. There is a drink menu, but no prices.

Abysmal services. The last of our party of 6 arrived at 8:15. They close at 10. Service was rude and she got almost every order wrong. Twice we had to flag down the only employee who made an appearance. The second time our server came out and yelled at our whole table that “she’d just checked on us 20 minutes before and every one of said we were FINE”.
My 1st very small margarita $3.50 special was good. I ordered a 2nd at 9:11 and when it arrived was told I could not get fruit with the marg as they were closing.
2 random ladies wandered in and did some sort of dance/skit for the only other table there and then for us and asked for “donations”. Not an employee in site.
The 2nd margarita tasted funny and three of my friends (a nurse, a pharmacist, and an eMT) tasted it and strongly suggested I NOT finish the drink.
At 9:30 the server came out and started tilting tables and stacking chairs around us.
I’ve been here once before but I will never go back.
I understand the owners are lovely and I’m sorry that this server gives this sort of impression.

Everything we tried today was top notch! Loved the veg options and the meat options too. I tried their strawberry daiquiri and pineapple margaritas, 100% worth it!

Vegetarian options: I had their bean tostadas and poblano pepper with Mexican rice and Beans.
