I've visited this location twice, the staff is super friendly and kind. The guy that takes my order is always smiling. I'm trying to eat at home more, but running into a caring staff and good food isn't helping 😞. Great job guys 💖

We go often but this time I asked for water and Javier said ‘no water’ while we stood next to 15 Dasani water bottles. I had to buy a soda to fill it with water from their soda machine. Ticket 73 from 9/3 if management decides to make it right!
Edited to add: five guys does not care about feedback. The contact us url fails to submit when you hit the button and although I’m calling customer service they hang up after waiting in silence for a few minutes. My review is here and you have the feedback.
