I rate it 5 stars because after they recently changed all the staff, the service has become 5 stars. They are always in a good mood in the afternoon, treating customers well, and have greatly improved the quality of the food.

Good food here but service is shoddy here in that you have to wipe off/clean the tables yourself with a rag/bucket near the counter. And pricing is crazy - just took my nephew to lunch which cost $50 for two burgers, two shakes and shared regular fries. I generally love Five Guys across the country but won't be going back with high pricing coupled with full self-service inclusive of table cleaning.
