Went here for lunch. They have a lot of super healthy options! I got the Yum Yum Bowl which has chicken, steak, healthy veggies and even pineapple. It’s not cheap tho. The cost of a plate, a drink and a 10% tip was $22.00. They do have a cool iPad kiosk system where you just click what you want and pay and then either take it to go or dine in.

I got Deep Fried by my exams. However, the flaming iron made it better. The food is so good that it makes you forget the negative aspects in life. I would recommend this restaurant to all the people.

Flaming Iron is the perfect choice for catering any event. I order regularly for up to 65 people and everyone leaves with happy and fully bellies. The large variety of ingredients are fresh, delicious and plentiful. Customer service, communication and delivery process should be industry standard. Top Notch!!

Looking for a high quality healthy meal? Flaming Iron is a fantastic and consistently good restaurant. The portions are good size, especially when you choose to make your own bowl. We have been coming here since shortly after they opened. My only complaint is they are not closer to home.

I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. My girlfriend and I came here after tennis and I specifically asked if they were gluten-free. The young lady behind the counter said absolutely; only two items in the whole restaurant had gluten in them and they bought those (bread crumbs and a crispy onion topping) everything else was gluten-free. Within four hours, I had severe stomach, cramps, bloating, a sickening headache, nausea, all the things…… they were very nice people and it’s a very clean restaurant but if you have celiac disease do not eat here.

Food- this place is expensive and the portions are small. Dont come here if you are looking for value of your money. But they have great flavors compared to Chipotle.
