I was excited to try a healthier option, but I thought the food was just ok. I got the yum yum bowl. The steak was on the chewy side, the chicken was pretty good. The seasoned rice was bland. I got extra sauces to get through the meal. I like the concept, but there could be more flavor. I probably won’t be back.
(Side note- The employees were nice. The bathroom was male/female.)

Flaming Iron is my go-to for a fresh, quick, and healthy bowl in Suwanee — it definitely hits more than it misses. It’s like a mix of a hibachi spot and Chipotle, with nice portions and plenty of base, protein, and topping options — plus it’s gluten free.

Overall a good experience. Quick to recommend 2 options when I asked. Food was prepped in sub 10 minutes so very reasonable for how good the beef and chicken was. Get the Goyi as it adds a little special flavor to make it stand out. It’s a place I will come again if someone suggest but I won’t suggest.
Place very clean feeling.
Price seems about on par, a little high but not drastically. Portion was more than enough.
I appreciate the paper bowls...
