Very tasty!

Smoothies are now icy with ice chunks. Cups and lids are a step down in quality. Ding Tea takeover just ruined my favorite local boba shop.

Has the worst customer service ever. Their workers are horrible. A worker there treated my mom badly and I can’t understand why Gongcha would hire workers like them. The drinks are good but I would never go there again. Please stop hiring teen workers that are rude and unprofessional.

Nice location. Very helpful service. Varied drinks. I love Olong milk tea with crystal boba 50pct sugar. Will come back !

It is awesome to have 1 glass of lychee milk tea today. the tea is amazing, sweet but not too sweet, the boba is great and taste is fantastic. really love milk tea with crystal boba here. will come very often!

Great service, delicious bubble tea (I got the smoothie but it was still bomb). I also got the chocolate bubble waffle which was also fabulous. They also ask if your drink is good afterwards! Glad to have a great bubble tea place close by

Clean, nice and cozy.Everything was perfect!!If I may suggest, strawberry smoothie and mango yogurt was ??????????Kids friendly,Parking lot available,In store restroom is available for the customers.????????????

Ordered a drink in store, person working the counter (looked like he was the only one there which is managements fault) told us it’ll be ready in 20 min. We drive around and pick up another order come back around 25 min later wait a couple more minutes and he’s like I haven’t made it yet and he’s making them “in order” meanwhile we placed an order before anyone else that was there and had already received their drinks. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix the situation, he gets irritated. Got refunded and left. Management needs to work w their employees and service. Based on the reviews this isn’t the first time.

Went with my family, and ordered a brown sugar milk tea. The aesthetic of the shop was very cozy, and the guy at the counter was very kind. We ordered 4 drinks in total, and got them after only a few minutes of waiting. The tea was great.TL;DR: Very nice shop, tea is made quickly and is very tasty.

The staff were very friendly but they were understaffed. They were out of Boba at mid of the day and they also made my drink wrong. Took about 30 mins for a walk in order (only 2 people in front of us). I'd still go back to give another try.

They stopped taking phone orders due to too many people confusing it with the other Suwannee location. Why can the manager tell employees to double check with customers when they call in their orders? It’s not too hard. Instead, they make people to walk in and order and sometimes wait 30 minutes for 2 milk teas, smh seriously ya’ll.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful. There’s black mold everywhere especially inside the ice machine (picture below), anything containing teas (picture below) or food in it, they use old milk, there’s roaches in the back and in corners/behind counters. The list goes on. Terrible place overall
