Its been 6 years since i ate gopchang so i was very excited, especially being so close to home! I'll be completely honest, I dont like leaving 1 star reviews and I see that it is not a busy place at the moment but wow the service was neglectful and the food was under prepared so parts of the food I was eating caused for some bad stomach issues. Usually when i eat gopchang i expect a good crunch, this was incredibly soggy and saucy more than crispy. I'll be honest the only reason I don't wanna give 1 star is im afraid that it could shut down the business but I wont ever be coming back here. By the way, 2 orders of standard pork belly is $60 dollars which I think is an insane price, even with knowing about Inflation rates. I remember when Gopchang used to be cheaper than kbbq but I guess thats no longer the case for this restaurant. The food was not good and the service was non existent. Please do better but there's no way ill be going back there unfortunately

Gopchang Salon really impressed me. The gopchang was cooked to perfection — it had that perfect balance of crispy and tender that makes it so satisfying to eat. The banchan was fresh and packed with flavor, and the kimchi was especially good, adding the perfect level of spice and tang. The staff were nice, caring and made us feel welcome, which made the whole experience feel more delightful. There’s something special about a place where the food and service come together so well, and this spot definitely nails it. It was awesome, and the best Korean food I've had here in Georgia! I’m already planning my next visit here!!

I had the tripe set, and the portion was generous and the quality of the tripe seemed good, so I enjoyed it. The spicy soup and seaweed soup that came with the side dishes were also good. The fried rice I ordered after eating all of the gongchang was a bit bad, and the seafood ramen was good because it was less spicy than other giblet restaurants. The server was friendly and cooked the tripe well, and the restaurant was nice because it was cleaner and more spacious than other tripe restaurants.

I ate tripe, makchang, and daechang at Gopchang Salon, and it had no smell at all and was really delicious. The savory and chewy texture is especially memorable. The other menu items also exceeded expectations. In particular, the stew and side dishes that came with it went really well with tripe. I also ordered dongchimi noodles, and I was very satisfied with the portion as it was generous and refreshing. If you like tripe, be sure to come here.

I heard Jungkook from BTS has an uncle that works here which is really cool. I would like to check out this place someday and see it. It looks pretty amazing and I want to say this to Jungkook uncle thank you for bringing your nephew into armies lives. you have the most amazing talented nephew here he is amazing and so kind and so deep down to earth you’re so lucky to have a nephew who is famous, I’m gonna check this place out for sure. Definitely because you’re gonna be reminded of Jungkook.

This is the tripe salon I went to because I wanted to eat tripe :)
I ordered assorted grilled and seasoned assorted grilled dishes, but I personally found the seasoned one to be more delicious! It was a delicious dinner thanks to the richness of the meat and the rich greasiness of the daechang.
Dongchimi noodles are a delicacy, so be sure to order them!
The basic mussel soup and soft tofu stew taste like soju ?
I wondered if soybean powder and soy sauce would go well with makchang, but I was surprised that they went well together. I'll come again next time ?
