I had ordered mango yogurt and it tasted decent. The magoes tasted very artificial and for the syrup, I expected them to yse mango juice but they simply used some mango syrup.

I ordered a latte and waited for 20 minutes.
The customers in front of me were all in a bad mood.
It looks like it was made by one barista, but he didn't seem to be able to digest it well. If you have plenty of time to sit down and eat it, it's probably okay. However, even for those who sit down, the coffee comes out late and the bread is all eaten.
I tried to refund it, but they told me to wait 2 and a half more minutes and gave it to me, but they didn't even say sorry.

i just come to order for a brow sugar milk tea but the attitude of the worker is bad they act like they don't know how to treat a customer right bad manners bad customer service messing around on a shift

vibe is fine and employees are nice but food is overpriced af and not that good. have gotten a few pastries, fancier desserts, and macaroons from here, and the fancier desserts are the most egregious and offensive of the three. so overpriced and its not even remotely good. its like $7.20 without tax, and it comes on a paper plate that you get like 200 for 1.50 at dollar tree, and it tastes so bad. it tastes like the decorative chocolate shavings on cheap cakes. normally when i pay 7.20 for five bitefuls of pastry, i convince myself that its good and finish it, but even i was unable to justify this, and threw it away.

I just saw the reply underneath, the pricing was not a mistake, it was labelled. it's one of the ones in the fridge next to the counter. the sheep looking one.

I went to the bakery today, and we ordered a drink that my children wanted to share. When my daughter went to pick up the drink and asked for another cup, the gentleman—I'm not sure if he was the owner—told her no, that they don’t provide extra cups. I went to him and asked about it, and he explained that they usually charge $1 for an extra cup. I told him it was fine, and I would pay for the extra cup, so he charged me. We had spent about $20 and gave them a $2 tip for a take-out order. I’ve never had a place charge me $1 for a plastic cup before. They’ve lost a customer, and I will never go there again."

the old lady who works here belittles, disrespects, and bullies her employees - in front of customers, nonstop, for 5 straight hours. The cafe is okay, but i don't want to spend money in a place where people get treated like trash.

Very disappointed. If you were gonna charge $7 for it, at least use NEW soda. It’s one of my favorite drink and it tasted like straight up lemonade and FLAT, no grape flavor no bubble or anything. I even came back and ask them to remake it but it came back worse!!!

There was no Korean bakery around here, but this is a new one. The store is clean and spacious, making it a great place to have coffee or dessert after a meal. The shopping mall where this bakery is located has a small parking lot, so there was not enough parking during lunch hours.

All servers have excellent service!! But......the old woman that is in charge of the cafe has so bad attitude. She scolded her employees in front of us as customers. It was one of my favorite places, but no more.

Unsanitary place operating during construction!! We all ordered coffee, paid for the bread, sat down at the table, and when we looked around, there was construction going on inside the store. (There are two doors, but from the side we entered, it just looked like a wall and I had no idea that it was blocking the area under construction.) I covered it with a cloth, but the space was already so dusty that my nose kept itching and I sneezed repeatedly. Just go to Paris Baguette across the street and go through the hassle of buying coffee again + spending extra money. How can they sell food under construction while covering it with just a cloth? It's just amazing. If it's a bookstore or a hair salon, I'll give in 100 times and just say it's okay. However, this is a place where people eat bread and drink drinks, but the owner's mindset to run a business is ridiculous and shameless. You can tell ten by looking at one. If you do business with this philosophy, do you think that you will make confectionery that truly serves customers with good, healthy ingredients? I became suspicious. And the size and quantity of bread, including mocha cream bread, has generally decreased and the price has increased. It was not as good as before in many ways, so I asked if the boss had changed, but he said he hadn't. I will never go here again.

A warm and inviting atmosphere. Service was amazing! They did everything in their power to accommodate us. Food was delicious especially a new item, a peach pound cake - it was fantastic!! The berry smoothie was one of the best we've ever had!

When your customer calls and asks if you have any vegan or gluten free options and you say yes and they also repeatedly mentioned the dairy allergy.. it's pretty messed up to have your customer drive all the way there to find out that is a lie. Not inclusive and not recommended will waste your time and gas.

I love coming here and enjoy all their bread, pastries, and coffee.

HOWEVER, the manager lady here is always yelling and berating her employees. I come here every weekend with my family and without fail, we see her being rude and nasty to her employees. It’s not right and as a parent, it’s awful to see these young teenagers being verbally abused. Not to mention, everyone can hear it and makes the customers extremely uncomfortable. Please do something about this.

This is a nice place to bring your laptop and do some work while you sip on a tasty mocha latte. It can get busy, so come early.
