Kids at the front need a lesson in customer service. My wife got a coffee and asked them to shake it (all the dolce was at the bottom and coffee on top) and the guy said “take a straw and do it yourself.”

Spectacular pastries and coffee

Ordered 2 Americano's for my parents and they were surprised how delicious the coffee quality was. Will visit again when I'm in the area

I had ordered mango yogurt and it tasted decent. The magoes tasted very artificial and for the syrup, I expected them to yse mango juice but they simply used some mango syrup.

I ordered a latte and waited for 20 minutes.
The customers in front of me were all in a bad mood.
It looks like it was made by one barista, but he didn't seem to be able to digest it well. If you have plenty of time to sit down and eat it, it's probably okay. However, even for those who sit down, the coffee comes out late and the bread is all eaten.
I tried to refund it, but they told me to wait 2 and a half more minutes and gave it to me, but they didn't even say sorry.

i just come to order for a brow sugar milk tea but the attitude of the worker is bad they act like they don't know how to treat a customer right bad manners bad customer service messing around on a shift

vibe is fine and employees are nice but food is overpriced af and not that good. have gotten a few pastries, fancier desserts, and macaroons from here, and the fancier desserts are the most egregious and offensive of the three. so overpriced and its not even remotely good. its like $7.20 without tax, and it comes on a paper plate that you get like 200 for 1.50 at dollar tree, and it tastes so bad. it tastes like the decorative chocolate shavings on cheap cakes. normally when i pay 7.20 for five bitefuls of pastry, i convince myself that its good and finish it, but even i was unable to justify this, and threw it away.

I just saw the reply underneath, the pricing was not a mistake, it was labelled. it's one of the ones in the fridge next to the counter. the sheep looking one.

I went to the bakery today, and we ordered a drink that my children wanted to share. When my daughter went to pick up the drink and asked for another cup, the gentleman—I'm not sure if he was the owner—told her no, that they don’t provide extra cups. I went to him and asked about it, and he explained that they usually charge $1 for an extra cup. I told him it was fine, and I would pay for the extra cup, so he charged me. We had spent about $20 and gave them a $2 tip for a take-out order. I’ve never had a place charge me $1 for a plastic cup before. They’ve lost a customer, and I will never go there again."

the old lady who works here belittles, disrespects, and bullies her employees - in front of customers, nonstop, for 5 straight hours. The cafe is okay, but i don't want to spend money in a place where people get treated like trash.
