The food is great and service was exceptional until Reese left. We are devastated at Reese’ abrupt departure, she made the atmosphere and service INCREDIBLE. Now that Reese is gone, not sure if we will be coming back.

my husband and i would come to this ihop during the week and it seemed to be really understaffed. the manager that was there today was so kind and helpful, and all the staff that was there made it a lively atmosphere and enjoyable to eat there. i’m really glad this ihop is doing well now and has great people running it !

I had the best experience today. I took my daughter to mid-day breakfast for her birthday. My waiter was Dezon. He was knowledgeable, he offered the specials, and he was very attentive. The food was great and hot. We did not wait long. The hostess was nice and friendly also. The restaurant was very clean too. We will be visiting Ihop again and again because of Dezon.

I always come to this IHOP because it’s close to my house. I have never taken the time to write a review or comment about their service. This IHOP location NEVER fails to impress me all the way around. Today for example, was not the exception, everyone was SO professional, caring, courteous and actually looked like they wanted to be there. My server, Dezon was a delight! This gentleman deserves a promotion. Very customer service-oriented, had attention to detail, courteous and with such a positive and lively attitude. It’s rare these days to encounter places like this where people are genuinely caring and love their jobs and perform such with dignity and poise. Thanks to everyone at the Lawrenceville-Suwanee location, to management and staff for making it such a pleasant experience to eat there❤️☕️☕️

Exceptional experience all the way around. Very rare to receive this level of service at a busy restaurant. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by smiling faces and they sat us right away. Our server immediately came over and introduced herself with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing and hardly any wait at all. I jokingly told the waitress that my daughter's nickname is Grumps because she really aways very happy, to make her Happy Pancake meal grumpy. They delivered perfectly. 5 Star experience, my kudos to the team and management who clearly understands guest experience at the highest level.
Been to many Ihops but this by far is the cleanest. Food waa delicious and the service was phenomenal. Our server Dezon was the sweetest and made our experience great.
