We recently made a curbside order to pick up. The app was easy to use, so no issues there. We got there a little early and called at our scheduled pick up time. The girl on the phone told me okay and that they’ll bring it out when it’s ready. About 10 minutes later, a server brought our food out and passive aggressively said “Next time, make sure you call the number because we didn’t know you were out here.” We told her we did and she said “Well nobody got anything “ and walked back inside. The food was mediocre, I got the pancake combo while my husband got the crepe combo. My cinna-stack was missing the white glaze. We understand that food service is difficult, but I’m still baffled by the service interaction and wait time.

The staff here is so friendly. I picked up an order and every single employee I came in to contact with made sure I was being helped and not ignored. Very attentive and friendly staff!! Also the woman washing the windows on my way out was so nice as well!!
came here at 7pm only for me to walk at 7:10pm because no one came to check to see if anyone new came, but there sure was laughter in the back kitchen 🫤

They took too long to sit us down without a word, we were waiting almost an hour. And then they sat us down and we waited another hour and they didn’t even tell us nothing from the start and left when the waitress put the forks and menus down. They left us without a clue in the world of what may he happening if there was a wait or not and there was surely not a wait because there was many many tables open.

My 2 friends and I came in. We ordered 2 Breakfast Samplers and a Split Decision. It was a little over an hour until our food arrived. We were greeted well and in a timely manner. However after we had been waiting for the food 20 minutes the server stopped coming by to check on us. We patiently sat and waited. We noticed how she went to tables around us but never us. She didn’t even make eye contact. We watched 10 tables receive their food before us, only 3 of which sat down before us and 2 of them were barely 10 minutes before we sat. I’ll spare the details but tables with 1 people to 5 were all served before us. Many of them left by time we received our food. The pancakes finally came out first, and not at the same time. It took about 10 minutes to get all of the food. And 2 of the 3 orders were messed up. Because the food didn’t come out at the same time we had to update the server of the mistakes 1 at a time but it took so long for the first one to be corrected we opted to not ask for anything us. Unfortunately the server continued their routine of not coming by. My friends were long since ready to walk out. It also took 20 minutes to get the check. Our meals were at least comped 50%. Overall this wasn’t a pleasant experience and we won’t be coming back. I’m not sure what the main issue was. Whether it was the server, the system, or the kitchen. What was communicated to us was that “the kitchen messed up the table numbers”. Personally I have plenty of serving experience so I’m not quite sure what that meant in terms of the food coming so late and being incorrect. For the server, I’d advise checking in with your tables on a timely amount of time, especially when there is something wrong and they are still waiting. Customers should not have to leave the table and find you to receive service. Good luck and respectfully, do better.
