The staff here is so friendly. I picked up an order and every single employee I came in to contact with made sure I was being helped and not ignored. Very attentive and friendly staff!! Also the woman washing the windows on my way out was so nice as well!!

I'm not sure who needs to hear this, but Charlene deserves a raise. The way she greeted me when I walked in set the tone for my entire experience. I've never felt such a warm / genuine greeting anywhere else. Wish there were non dairy coffee creamer options but otherwise everything was cool.

IHOP is not a please where service and professionalism to be of a high standard these days. Although I only had a brief time to see few of the staff interact with each other and customers this morning, they were professional and prompt with most staff being very responsive and using “sir and ma’am”. I am glad the stand of service I grew up with is still alive at this IHOP.
