The fact that they messed up our meal, the food was great. The Antipasto salad, had no lettuce or dressing. The garlic knots had to my liking no garlic, oil, cheese, and parsley which I requested and was on the bill The manager said we will receive a full refund.

Could not believe the terrible service and food we received on Christmas Eve here. They ran out of cucumbers for the salad. After sitting for an hour they finally came out to the table and alerted us they only had two pieces of veal left and 3 in our parry of 9 ordered veal. Our reservation was a 630 and it was not wet busy. Not sure why the service and food was so bad, but wow!!!!!
We get this food to go all the time and it’s usually fabulous. The atmosphere was less than desirable and the service awful awful awful
I was embarrassed that I determined where we were going and brought my whole Family to this place. NEVER AGAIN.

Took my daughter here for a birthday dinner. The quality of the service and the food have gone down the last few years. Took over an hour and a half to get a spaghetti dish and a chicken parm dish. My daughter wanted chicken parm with fettuccine alfredo. They messed up the order and didn’t even try to make it right. If a customer has to wait that long only for their order to be incorrect, make it right. They did apologize, but seemed indifferent. Service quality needs to improve. Will not be spending any more money here. Save the trip and go to Provino’s.

We visited for the first time and were disappointed with the experience. Our server wasn’t very friendly and never checked back to see if we needed anything. The complimentary garlic knots were undercooked, and when we mentioned it, the server simply said “that’s how they are.” Most of the food was bland, although the bruschetta was good.
I also ordered two entrées to go and specifically asked for them to be billed separately, but I was still charged gratuity on the takeout order. When I questioned it, I was told it was because we were a large group and ordered at the table. If the food and service had been good, I wouldn’t have minded, but they weren’t. The chicken in the Alfredo pasta had a bad smell and was inedible.
Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I won’t be returning.

I was a little sad that we didn’t get rolls, but honestly the lunch was very pleasing and I wouldnt have enjoyed lunch as much. Highly recommend chicken potato corn chowder and meatball sub.
