Garbage food and garbage service. You'll get a much better dinner if you just go and buy some frozen Stouffer's and make that your dinner. Do not waste your money or time with this place.

I love Ippolito's and it’s always my first choice for Italian but this was the first time I visited the Suwannee location. We came here on a Friday night despite our concerns about busyness and being seated quickly without call ahead reservations. We were surprisingly shocked by how dead the place was and how promptly we got seated after arriving. When our dining experience was over, it made complete sense why the entire restaurant was dead in downtown Suwannee on Friday night. The food didn’t come close to meeting typical Ipp standards as it tasted like all the food had been microwaved. The service was really poor. The waiter was rude and hardly stopped by our table despite it being right in front of waiter station. She walked by our table 5 times before I eventually had to get up and get another waiter to flag her down for the check. Many tables around us were complaining in which the manager/owner seemed unphased as if it were the typical experience around there. Seems like the manager was very much aware of the quality of food and service the place provides and didn’t care. It seems like they bank on the popularity/convenience of the location instead of cultivating a positive experience and loyal clientele. You might have better luck here. Unfortunately we regret spending $80 and not going to a usual favorite that night.

Food was great, but we were a party of nine and therefore they added gratuity onto our bill. 22%. That seems high and it wasn't a good night since the service was not very good. So 22% for lousy service. Argh!

I had the most wonderful experience at Ippolitos's down in Suwannee town center. The service was great. Everything tasted great! Felt like I was eating at a 5 star Michelin restaurant. 10/10 would come again. I’d give those cooks a raise if I could!

This Ippolito's is conveniently located right in front of Suwanee Town Center park. I stopped by recently on Saturday and the restaurant was eerily quiet during our visit, thanks to a festival being held at the park. This may have contributed to the excellent customer service that I received. I ordered couple of items, including Shrimp Scampi, and were very good. Parking is usually awful here on weekends, although I managed to avoid this headache by arriving early around 9AM for the festival. The bathroom was also clean, which is a plus in my book. I will certainly visit again in the future.

Never going back here again! We've eaten here for 10 years even before they were in Suwanee they were by my house in Lawrenceville. My husband and myself took our children n grandchildren out for lunch. We had 2 big tables outside on patio w our dog. We were flat out refused the bread rolls. I spent over $200.00 and paid for the free bread rolls appetizers and we're never brought them. Then we're told the cook n manager said we had had enough. I bowl per table. We wanted 2 bowls per table. Not crazy. We order that every time we come. We were told we had enough. Even though we paid for 4 bowls of the bread . Children were upset they couldn't get their favorite thing we came here for. It was lunch time i figured it was busy inside is why they were denying us food. Nope,...... not one person eating inside. I know why, . After speaking w the manager I realized it was the color of our skin . (White) The rude managers name is Blue like the color she said. We paid and tipped well. Even though it was a terrible experience. We paid for food we never recieved. We were made to feel like we were trying to cheat some food system. The cook n manager we awful .We always pay for extra bread money was no issue!!!!! Never eating there again. Waste of $200.00 sad, for years this was a favorite restaurant of our family's

Only ordered the fried calamari to-go for my daughter, so I can't comment on much else. The calamari was somewhat crispy but lacked flavor. Daughter found these ... come on. Do better.
The food was amazing! My only odd thing to note is eating a great meal and having a glass of wine with cafeteria cutlery and plastic water glasses. The food was great, but it felt like a pizzeria more than a fine dinner.

The 1 star review is for management. If your staff is afraid of you, you are the problem. Our server was great.
We’ve been here many times, usually it’s awesome.
I highly suggest NOT ordering seafood. I imagine the shrimp was left in the back for more than a week: one bite and it was clearly old. Our server handled the situation great! But when I asked the server if she would like me to speak to the manager she replied “please don’t, she already got mad at us”.
This is clearly unacceptable behavior. We won’t be back.
