My daughter and I are regular customers of Jeremiah's Italian Ice store at the Suwanee, GA location. On our visits, we have the pleasure of being served, promptly, courteously and professionally by Grant! Grant is always so polite and very knowledgeable of the stores products and always remembers my daughter's favorite Italian ice and starts getting it prepared as soon as he sees us walk through the door!! That is AWESOME!! The customer service experience is exceptional...

The staff members at this location are so kind, patient, and helpful! We took a large group of kids and adults there two days in a row, and we had a blast each time. It was the perfect way to celebrate a soccer tournament win! Thank you!

Ended up at this location bc Google took us here instead of the one we usually go to. This location actually had lots of inside seating. There were 3 employees working and it was about 30 min til close, the whole strip was empty. They didn't have my go to(cafe latte) so i just got swirl soft serve, which we great. They were friendly, though we took ours to go.
