Jersey Mike's Subs

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place really deserves one. Walked in just to grab a sub and was immediately met with major attitude from the staff—especially Ms. Purple Hair behind the counter. If you’re in the business of serving customers, a smile and some basic courtesy should come standard.

On top of that, I noticed their health score was only an 82. That’s not exactly reassuring when you’re talking about food safety. Low health score plus rude employees = failure in my book. Definitely not somewhere I’ll be going back to for a while.

Owner needs to fix this and add some leadership mixed with ownership to the staff.

Watched the red haired girl back talk a customer when he went back and complained about them not doing it correctly. Swear I have more hair than food in my bag. Ordered before 2 other people and was handed my sub with no bag after the other people received their food get some training

the change in management is noticeable and greatly appreciated. the staff are friendly and the general manager is leading by a great example

The general Manager here Amanda , is such a sweetheart, this was my first time visiting any Jersey Mikes, and I can tell you I will be back in a heart beat!! Service was amazing, Amanda was very welcoming, and she even suggested her favorites from the menu which me and my family loved!! See you soon Amanda and team

Came in to get a sub at lunch time it was busy but I was greeted by everyone in the store they took my order and it was made fast and was fresh ! Will be back !!

Came here at 8:49pm. It looked like the restaurant was closed but I saw someone walk out so I went in. I asked the employees if the store was closed, they initially said yes and then one guy behind the register looked at the time and said no. However, everything was closed down. So I ordered 1 4” tuna sandwich and they literally put my bread bare on the dirt counter…they also dripped dirty water juice on my bread…I asked for new bread…they had no utensils ready and kept walking with my sandwich back an forth. I was not happy. After getting my sandwich when we went to get our drink the soda machine was cut off…when he came to turn it back on the soda shot out all over the place because they had already removed all the soda dispensing caps. Then on top of that the soda was out. I will never return to this place. If you are going to close at 9pm close at 9pm not 8:30 and if you are going to say you are open make sure you have clean utensils that are wipes and rinsed off. Treat peoples food like you would want someone to handle your own. The entire store was closed down and they should have just said that. Mind you there were orders after mine…but this place is the worst!

The staff here were very nice and friendly at this location but the environment is horrible. I was inside for 5 minutes and started sweating immensely! The conditions the staff are working in is horrible! They are sweating through their clothes and you can see the sweat pooling in their gloves not sanitary at all! Taylor checked me out and Kalyce dressed my sandwich with great customer service and attitudes. I feel like this is a terrible environment to have great staff working in.

I walked in and the two girls there were extremely rude. They acted like I was interrupting them for wanting to order a sandwich. Not going back.

I went to this establishment to get a sub. The kids that work in there were very friendly and helpful. The problem is the air was out , it was so hot in there as soon as you walked inside you could feel the heat. I told the kids it’s hotter inside here than outside. The kids had a fan blowing to stay cool but I told them it’s just blowing hot air and basically not helping. I also wanted to purchase a soda, the machine was down and not working. So I probably won’t go back there again.

I just picked up 40 sandwiches for the 4th of July and Amanda, Olive, and Diamond them ready to go by 10am, they even helped us load the car, great customer service is hard to find in Georgia and this group hit the 5 star right on the nail! I’ll be back for July 5th!

Place was clean, employees were friendly and service was TOP notch! Manager Amanda was attentive and very sweet! Although she looks no older than 15!! lol… will definitely be back! Great job!
