I’ve been a long customers that loves your quality of food. But specifically at your Suwanee, Ga location your customer service has went down hill.I asked for specific things on my sandwich and I get an attitude and extra items I don’t order. I said thank you at the end and no response.Cleanliness was the worst I’ve seen for this location. The store eating tables look like they’ve not been cleaned once today and the floors/carpet entrance are just covered with lettuce and straw wrappers.To top that off I over heard one of your employees give a customer a hard time over getting a bottle of water vs a soda.I do understand the challenges we’re dealing with on staffing but this needs to be corrected or you will lose more than just one customer.

Ordered ahead on the App...this store, has it together. This sandwich is one of the best I've had in months from a Jersey Mike's. The fresh bread, chicken, cheese, peppers, onions, jalapeños and mushrooms are a perfect combination and defines the Big Kahuna. I'll be coming back to this location.

This was the worst sub I've ever had. My husband brought a chicken cheesesteak home and it was so soggy I had to put it in the air fryer for ten minutes. Then when I bit into it it was all bread and processed cheese. Barely any meat and the cheese (provolone) taste like cheese wiz. They definitely use the cheapest ingredients and do not give the meat that is adequately due to a cheesesteak. I do not recommend this place at all. I threw out the entire sub. The bad part is I haven't eaten all day and this still was not worth ingesting! So disappointed!

Very good :) they had fun drawing smiley faces on my sandwich like I requested and I requested it expecting one or two but they drew so MANY :D Also the sandwiches were amazing and tasty. Would recommend, their service was also very fast and their workers were very nice.Parking: Good parking right in front of store, and lots of Tesla chargers for Tesla people too

Has to be the worst Jersey Mikes we ever ate at. Ordered two giants Buffalo Chicken had way too much blue cheese dressing could barely taste the buffalo sauce and chicken. Bread soggy AF- Also got a Philly cheese dry dry dry dry dry dry did I say DRY. Overcooked the steak big time.don’t put a Philly on the menu if you can’t make a Good Philly.. waste of $40 and Tip.

I am VERY disappointed with my visit to Jersey Mikes. I don’t mind spending $20 for a sandwich meal but the food was disgusting. I ordered a giant sized buffalo sandwich. The bread was soggy, way too much buffalo sauce and blue cheese. I barely ate half and the other half I threw away. I’ll never eat here again.
Professional, clean, respectful staff. And the Italian sub I got was delish! I am impressed.

I was excited about the opening of Jersey Mike’s in Suwanee, Georgia, but my experience with the service was deeply disappointing. I’m not sure if it was poor customer service or racism, or a bit of both. On Tuesday August 15, 2023 at around 4:15pm, I had a horrible experience at the Jersey Mike's located at 3186 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road Suwanee Georgia, 30024. When I arrived at the store, both the male and female workers were outside speaking to a woman who appeared to be on break. The two reentered the store upon my arrival. The caucasian male worker (who did not have a name tag) began to make my sandwich. I ordered the regular sized Original Italian sandwich with cheese bread. The worker proceeded to make my sandwich as if he was mad that I interrupted the conversation he was having with the woman outside. The first thing that I noticed was the inconsistency in which he placed the meat on the sandwich. The sandwich was thrown together in a way that was not appetizing. The meat barely covered the entire sandwich. When it came time to add the salami layer, I noticed that he only placed three pieces of meat which barely covered the sandwich. It was then when I finally said something. I asked why he was making the sandwich like that. The guy then began to verbally attack me. I stopped and said to him, “Look at how you are coming at me.” At that point, I told him to keep the sandwich. I refuse to be served in a manner which suggests that he is either angry with having to do his job or because he was providing service for an African American woman. This was my second unpleasant experience at this particular location.. As much as I enjoy Jersey Mike's sandwiches, I will say that I will not frequent this location again.

I had a number 10 my buddy #6. They had nothing to put on our subs, the only thing they had was lettuce, onions, and bacon. No mayo or anything thing else. The tuna had more pepper in it than tuna fish! Horrible lunch but I stress great service very friendly. Owner go to the grocery store jersey. Mike’s has a great name. I love them you are destroying the name and the brand. You didn’t just run out of one thing , you had nothing!

5 stars all around. The man with the birds/butterfly tats on his left arm cooked my cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was super hot! amazing! additionally, he asked if i wanted more sauce, if someone ringed me up, and was cool all around. He needs a raise because I will constantly be back every friday if thats his shift!
