when I say this sandwich is supposed to be an original and not a slim I just got meat bread and tomatoes no Lettuce the description under the one I picked stated that sandwich came with the following but I was so disappointed when i got back and unwrapped my sandwich i don't even want it never again will i come here and I will be letting others know about the service plus i was charged for a tip but if I have to pick up my own sandwich i need the tip for gas nobody has time to play games with people money especially in this economy I would like a full refund this is what the description on your website stated#2 BIG JOHN®ROAST BEEF, LETTUCE, TOMATO & MAYO270 - 550 | 1000 calCalling all Roast Beef lovers! Hi I'm just here to tell all of y'all since no one else that works there will n they decided to fire me 3 days after I just told them my family friends died in a car crash. This Jimmy John's has 5 years+ of mold. The drinks y'all are drinking from the fountain drinks I'm the only person who cleaned the OUTSIDE tubes for the fountain drinks after no one has cleaned the outside more than 2 years. So I don't know how long they truly have had mold in everything even their cold tables which have everything they feed to you btw if anyone can get in touch with their health inspector please do if you open the cabinets under the fountain drink machine you will see how bad their mold is from that alone I'm so sorry for anyone that's been eating n drinking their products without knowing it took me a while to ask my old coworkers why they never ate or drank anything from there.

I have low cause I ordered on App & the choose bring me a HOT sprite in cup with no ice! I’m confused cause they could of reached out & ask maybe if I wanted a bottle instead maybe…Come to find out the ice chest has been broke for over a year close to two years and so when they get a chance they randomly buy bags of ice so I guess today they choose not to go by ice. They Do Not have that they have no ice listed on App.Very disappointing as a restaurantCheese always cut bigTomatoes always cut small

Order said it was delivered so called and the woman argued with me saying it was delivered. Put the driver next to the phone and Driver said it was to a home with loud music, well I have a newborn baby so not the right house clearly and I stated we checked our cameras. The woman had an attitude with me back and forth for a while and then stated well we will try to get an order to you soon. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Never will be ordering from this store again.*just got a call from someone on the other side of the neighborhood who had my ordered delivered to them…*

The Jimmy Johns in Johns Creek is always out of ice. When I asked an employee why, their response was that the owner is too cheap to replace the machine. We were going to eat there until we saw the sign again that said no ice - this is going on at least 2 years now!!!

Horrible experience. I ordered my food for delivery on their app and they NEVER delivered my food. I tried calling multiple times, and they eventually closed. I am extremely upset and will be contacting corporate. This is unacceptable!

“Catering” service leaves a lot to be desired. Placed my order for 9 box lunches a day in advance and waited 27 minutes past my scheduled pickup time, making me late for my appointment. They were working on a large delivery order when I arrived and I overheard them discussing how it was a last minute call in. Not sure why that would take precedence over my scheduled order, but it did. My order was obviously thrown together as some of the ingredients were sparse and some had no identification on the box or the sandwich wrapper as to what they were. I don’t believe I nor the customers I was feeding will be back.
I personally had a great time at this Jimmy Johns location. The inside was clean and quiet, and a nice girl by the name of Kaley was very attentive and made me an incredible sandwich. Overall, I highly recommend!!

Gal working insisted that a slim #6 was only bread and cheese! Said if you want any other ingredients you have to get a regular. Been ordering for years. It's the size of the bread/sandwich. Not the ingredients. Someone please educate her! Sandwich tasted good. Iced tea was way watered down.

Just now I took three veg sandwiches number 6 and what a bad sandwich. Bread was so hard and filling was not complete plus seems to be Old. This is first time I had such kind of Jimmy JOhns. Will send email to corporate too. Please do check your order, open it and count what is there and quality too.Vegetarian options: Took a fudge brownie, 3 veggie number 6 and a drink. Shame on Jimmy JOhns

I just left Jimmy John’s in Suwanee. What a horrible experience! The guy just put my sandwich on the counter & seemed shocked when I asked for bag. There were no bags, no ice & the sandwich was disgusting. I ordered an unwich, the lettuce was brown and the meat was old. The customer service was horrible, that guy wasn’t welcoming. I still left a tip b/c I like supporting businesses. I will never return or eat at a Jimmy John’s again.
