My husband and I stopped by to grab dinner shortly before closing on NYE. The one gentleman working it alone had such a positive attitude, and it made our night. Wanted to let him know he makes a difference!

I've b a n having a huge issue at other Jimmy John's locations were my sandwich is straight trash. I had a crazy day at work and the boyfriend wanted to cheer me up on his way home, me still stuck at work, tried, hungry and covered in filth. He came to this location and placed his order at 5:31pm on Sunday December 14, 2025. Gabrielle took the order but my shout out goes to whoever the master is at making my sandwich perfect! I had tears of joy because lately when I go to my favorite sandwich shop, Jimmy John's, it's trash. I was so happy one opened right down the road from my work in Braselton but it was one of the worst subs I've had from any Jimmy John's next to the one in Alpharetta that gave me brown rotten lettuce. To the gentleman who took the time(crazy fast according to my boyfriend) I want to personally thank you for doing such a good job. I always get a veggie sub, extra cheese, disgusting amount of extra mayo, light lettuce, add pickles, onions, and Jimmy peppers. Thank you for actually filling my sandwich with veggies. Thank you for caring. I truly appreciate you. You made me so happy simply by caring and making such a delicious sub. I truly hope your manager or the owner sees my review and lets you know how truly happy you made a fellow customer service employee this evening. I wish you a Merry Christmas, happy holidays, and a happy new year. Thanks again!

I felt like a straight fool when I made a mistake paying for a simple Sicilian sub & a Chip; I had typed in my PIN as Their Tip‼️😅
Needless to say I overpaid, but Stella helped reassure me I Wasn't the 1st to do that & sorted everything out. 💯👌🤡

This was my first experience with Jimmy John's and I was looking forward to trying them since I had never been there before. I cannot find the words to express how disappointed I am with them. I ordered the #4 (Turkey Tom) and it only had like 4 thinly sliced pieces of turkey on it. When I brought this up with the store, they just told me that's all you get. For almost $17 dollars I am basically eating cheese and tomatoes with mayo on bread. I don't know if it was that particular location or if that's standard practice, but I don't see myself going there again. I will share my experiences with all the people I know so maybe the customer service could improve in the Suwanee location.

10/10 service. I do not know if the guy was the manager or what but amazing service from these guys. I ordered a turkey harm sandwich, and the lady who served me, I guess she was new and didn't know what number it was he jumped in number 11 so fast and got my food ready in seconds. The lady did a good job ringing me up to so overall 10/10. This was my second time going to a Jimmy John restaurant, and well done, guys, well done.

The sandwiches were good as always. Jimmy John's has the best bread, I can't get enough. I ordered online, and my order was accurate. I have had a problem with that around here lately. The order was ready when I got there. Ty for the service.

I have been coming here for years. First time dining inside today. Always only did to-go drive thru. The employee Anthony was literally the most polite and respectful person I’ve ever seen. Awesome ppl

Totally ridiculous… Came in and was told that they had a bunch of orders before mine (pick up and catering), and that they had to wait for the bread to cook. There was only one other customer there and one waiting in her car. They said it would be about 30 minutes for my one sandwich…
