called and placed a to go order only to get to the restaurant 20-25 minutes later and be given the wrong order-it took having to talk to three different people for the restaurant to figure out what I actually wanted and then rather than making the order I had placed they attempted to collect the price difference from what they had erroneously given me and what I had actually ordered and told me that I would have to wait another 20-25 minutes…just overall very poor communication and awful customer service

The food was a highlight of our visit. The presentation was beautiful, and each dish was bursting with flavor. We tried the Bossam, which was absolutely divine. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

The service at Kang Seo is exemplary, characterized by a team of a tentative and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant dining experience. From the moment we were greeted at the door to the final farewell, the service was impeccable. Our waiter (Hyena and her teams) was not only efficient but also personable, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. The staff’s genuine enthusiasm and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident, make you feel valued and well-care-for throughout your visit.

Good family restaurant and great, friendly staff. Their side dishes assortment is always satisfying and pairs perfectly with your meal.

I was just about to togo the food and eat it, but I saw something white in the seasoning sauce, and when I looked at it, it was mold. I was so surprised. However, there was mold growing on the floor as well. How can I trust the food of this restaurant?

I've been a regular for a long time, but this time I'm so disappointed that I'm writing a review. I ordered the broiler sauce, but it was full of ferns and no meat, but I had to get there quickly so I just ate it. The braised cutlassfish took too long and was full of radish and not very tasty. And why do you always include tax when calculating tips? If the owner reads this review, please correct it. Shouldn't it get better if they raise the price a few times?

I ordered boiled pork and stir-fried sundae. The boiled pork was really delicious and the vegetables they prepared together were fresh and good. I also enjoyed the stir-fried sundae. I think it's perfect for accompaniment. I like the Korean atmosphere.

Always love to dine in this place!
The food is great and staffs are attentive. Kang seo has variety options for a vegetarian.
Since it is in the shopping center, sometimes, it has limited parking spaces but not that hard to find any. Clean atmosphere and clean restroom.
They alway try their best to provide best service to the customer. Every visit was full of satisfaction.
