I have used them for a formal 50th anniversary party to an academy graduation. They are very dependable always have good quality food that is raved about and the price is great for the value. They were very accommodating and awesome to deal with. I plan on using them again for another anniversary party

I have now been subjected to Katie's on two occasions - they've catered event meals last year and again this year. Ironically their socially distanced COVID compliant meal was better than last year's... but last year's I threw it away it was so bad. This year the packaged Caesar Dressing they bought was okay on prepackaged romaine and croutons they provided.Entree was a selection of 3 different overcooked pastas tossed with sundried tomato, over cooked chicken chunks, and then had a layer of cheese melted over it... and then served cold. To accompany this was a cold chunk of prepackaged garlic bread. I can't fire Katie's, but I can fire the folks who charged me money for events, and then gave me THIS as the final meal.

We wanted to appreciate our teachers and what a better way than not having to cook dinner ! Our teachers loved all their meals ! Thank you for being so helpful and serving great meals

Since moving to The Atlanta area a little over 6 years ago, I've been using Katie's for my catering services and they are THE BEST! I have to feed doctor's offices and hospital staffs on a routine basis and Katie's consistently provides excellent food and service and are always on time. They serve good hot breakfast, but I order more lunches and their Mexican, BBQ, and home cooking are my usual choices (although everything I've ordered from there is great) Whenever I bring food from Katie's, the people always ask where I ordered the food from . Harry is very easy to work with and accommodating, even coming through on some late, last minute orders. I can't say enough about the service I've received from Katies's over the years

We have an annual Thanksgiving lunch at work and I have used Katie's Catering for five years now. I use Katie's for supplemental dishes and they are always crowd pleasers. I have ordered the broccoli, rice and cheese casserole, green bean casserole, garlic red potatoes, the seasonal salad which ususally has pears and nuts and lastly the banana pudding.

I use them to cater lunches at which I do presentations over lunch all the time. The food is unbelievable, and they have lots of options. I’ve never had a bad meal from them, my customers love the food and always wanna know where it came from.

The staff was friendly, excellent communication before and up to the day of the event. However there was a large set up fee charged and the set up was sub-par. They left a plastic bag of creamers and sugars on the table and a pile of plastic cutlery in a mound. Not at all what I expected for a $30 fee and I had to reset the table to make it look better. Lunch set up was done by another employee which was better. As for the food, I was embarrassed by what we received. The Chicken Marsala contained shredded white meat and resembled a casserole heavy with sauce and some kind of melted cheese. The bowtie pasta was mush. They did provide enough to feed 16 as promised, but only a handful of people tried it as it was visually unappealing. The roasted potatoes were a big hit and they made a nice salad but it was not enough to make up for the entree. The cake, which for some reason was marked as vegetarian, looked and tasted like a boxed mix and a tub of chocolate "flavored" frosting. It was in a square quarter sheet foil pan that seemed more like an afterthought than part of the complete meal. This was my first time hosting a group of local CEOs and I felt terrible about presenting this as their meal. We ran out of coffee for breakfast. There were 3 single packet cream cheese and a few packets of jelly for an assortment of Danish for 16. I like to support small business, but I don't think I would use them again.

I love this company's' rice and broccoli and their roast is awesome! On the other hand their green bean casserole isn't good at all.

My unfortunate incident with this 'company' gives me nightmares. But to sum it up:

This place does NOT know how to cater. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I ordered food for 22 people, 2 entrees lasagna and chicken, 1 side, etc. Cost $347. I expected to get lasagna for 22 people, chicken for 22 and mashed for 22. What I got was a small lasagna tray (maybe feed 8), small chicken tray (maybe feed 10), and a GIANT tray of mashed.
