They run out of pot pie every day. One winter day, they were all gone by 5 PM. That’s ridiculous. MAKE MORE! If you’re out, offer to bake one explaining it’s a 20 minute wait. That should be policy. I order nothing when you’re out of pot pies. They should be available up until an hour before closing at the latest. Keep your oven on.

Young in age on staff this afternoon...yet they greeted me and took my order immediately let me know original chicken would be up in two minutes...and the rest is history...Best KFC I've had in a long time. Thanks and by the way a member off management spoke with me to let me know they've been hard at work building a great new atmosphere.

Do not go, I’ve gone to this location since I moved here a year ago and they have NEVER gave me everything I ordered. Missing half my order at some times. It’s a 40 minute round trip so my family and I have to figure out something else. Train your staff or shut your doors stop taking peoples money and ripping them off this time was the last straw and I will not be returning and I suggest everyone else does the same.

Whoever worked today was awesome. They had only two employees today with a lot orders but they cooked all orders as soon as they could. Both of them were focusing, and none of them were been lazy. Thank you y'all!

Update Had to come here for a delivery order pick up. Was told it's not done waiting on a 12 piece chicken nugget. Was then told to pull up and they'll just bring it out. Waiting for forty five minutes. Nobody came. Went to the window since they're closed trying to figure out what's taking so long. The lady ignored me after walking up to the window straight in front of me three times proceeding to do whatever else every time, while acting like I didn't exist. Finally got to asking her what I'm waiting for still when another person came to the window. Was then handed the bag that's clearly just been done the entire time. Complete bs. Don't pick up deliveries from this location. They skimp the food and can't even get deliveries out.

My father visited this place and received terrible customer service. Not sure if it was because he was the only Asian customer inside the store but whoever was working there today, why would you look at him and start dancing and laughing. Clearly you were making fun of him for no reason. Including the two female managers who were also laughing along with him. Letting you know, think twice before hiring these disrespectful workers.

Chicken sandwiches were old hard chicken. One spicy and one regular not marked. Staff not friendly and very slow. Timers on drive through were a good idea but just to send you to a parking spot and take as long a s they want is not good. Even when no one in line.

On Friday July 12th, my son and I went through the drive-thru. We got a chicken pot pie, a large mashed potato, a small coleslaw, and a three-piece Chicken tender meal. We had to wait on the chicken tenders to finish cooking which was fine. The service was great! However, the order got screwed up. We asked for no gravy on his mashed potatoes and they placed one in The bag. The coleslaw tasted funny . My pot pie was overcooked and I asked the lady at the window. Was this a fresh one? She told me it was. I have worked in the food industry for a very long time and I know how to cook very well and that pot pie was overcooked and it was not much filling inside of the chicken pot pie. My son and I both got sick from eating the food. It was the only thing we ate that day. I started my weekend off by becoming friends with my toilet. My stomach hurt really bad and I ended up just going to sleep. I do not think I will be going back to this Kentucky fried Chicken. It has really gone downhill.
