We had a very disappointing experience at Kung Fu Tea. We placed an order for a specific drink, but the cashier made the wrong one. When we politely pointed out the mistake, instead of fixing it, he told us that it was our fault for not double-checking the display screen before paying.

This level of customer service was frustrating. Mistakes happen, but the least they could do is correct them, especially when it wasn’t on us. It’s disappointing when businesses prioritize deflecting responsibility over customer satisfaction. We won’t be coming back anytime soon.

This place is so friendly! I came for the first time today and was assisted by the associate whose name is Z. I was looking for something very specific and I want to say that Z had the best customer service ever! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and my drink was so tasty also. I placed a mango tea order, did not even say milk tea, and they gave me milk tea. I said this is not my order and they said sorry we turn the screen over so you can confirm the order but they did not tell me that or read my order. They refused to give me the correct order. Terrible service

I recently tried their mango milk tea, and it was fantastic. The flavor was refreshing and perfectly balanced, and the boba was soft and chewy. They also added mango jelly which too good. Highly recommended!

It was a place where the unfriendliness of the cashier staff was felt before I gripped and slipped my drink.
The first thing all the customers experience when entering a restaurant or cafe is a conversation with the staff while ordering. During the short but memorable ordering time with the staff, customers first get a taste of the cafe. And you can feel the taste of a drink of your order.
This cafe missed the most important first taste. The cashier's blunt expression and tone of voice, as if she was bothered by simple questions about drinks before ordering! This is the taste of this cafe that I first felt and tasted.
The drink I ordered wasn't bad (I mean it wasn't good too). It's just a mango slush, and it doesn't have much of a mango flavor, so it's an easy drink, but the second taste was also disappointing too.

Next time, I'll go to another cafe that's a little friendlier and order a drink.

TBH it was bad as hell ive been to a different kung fu tea in my area, and order on uber eats from this one since they had strawberry milk tea, and once the drinks arrived, none of the drinks tasted good besides one and the boba aka the bubbles didn't even taste fresh it tasted hard like it took 5 minutes to swallow the bubble, and the popping boba didn't taste good at all the strawberry in the popping boba tasted old. ill never order from this kung fu tea on uber eats and stick to the one that ive been going to for a long time. the stuff just tasted old no one in my family liked it. Boba when u eat it, its supposed to taste soft and chewy and takes less time to swallow not 5 minutes. Literally the drink tasted like it was made yesterday not today. And i ordered as soon as it opened on Uber eats, and why does it taste bad, I don't know, because ive been to other places that have just opened and their strawberry milk tea tasted better. Bye bye to this place first time and no more

Definitely here has problem about employee management. I also doing my own business and I can see here is having problems. I understand hiring is hard this time. But You guys are too hired anybody and didn't training. Focus on your own business. Stay in store or watch and listen camera all the time. The entire service is out of order on 4/14/2024 noon. They told me to order online and the printer can’t print order. They want us to wait until the label print out. There is no manager on the store. This shopping experience make your store look really really bad….

Kung Fu is great just… not here. Go to the other location. Somehow the quality is terrible here and the service is even worse.
