Kung Fu Tea

First I would like to preface, I never really write reviews, but people need to be warned off from this place. The tea is overly brewed so it is SO BITTER. I asked the barista if I could get another drink, but I was told no and that it was bitter because I got 30% sugar and it was tea flavor I was tasting. That is not the case. Tea is bitter when it is overbrewed. Boba is not cheap here so don’t waste your money.

Worst customer service experience ever. The staff made the drink incorrectly and didn't have the decency to accept their mistake, make it better, asked me to buy it again.
Ordered taro milk tea which was bitter. It's usually purple in color not light brown like in the image. With black tea in it.

I’ve been to Kung Fu Tea locations, but I’ve had some great drinks at this one! The first one here was the Expresso Thai Tea with 50% Sugar, normal Ice & Boba. I definitely felt the caffeine in that! Then the second visit, omg…I have to say this is my new fav! I got the Taro Milk (Green) Tea with the Brown Sugar Wow Boba. Just 50% Sugar & Ice! The service is amazing! The cashier/tea maker, Kobe guided me through options and favs. Thank you!!!

Condescending customer service. Ordered a thai tea and they messed it up, made it overly bitter and not drinkable. Came in to politely ask them if they made it wrong since it was bitter and I got a 1 minute lecture in front of other customers on it being thai tea even if the color isnt “orange” and having black tea in it. No, really? It’s bubble ‘tea’ shop and I know how to make thai tea 😭

We had a very disappointing experience at Kung Fu Tea. We placed an order for a specific drink, but the cashier made the wrong one. When we politely pointed out the mistake, instead of fixing it, he told us that it was our fault for not double-checking the display screen before paying.

This level of customer service was frustrating. Mistakes happen, but the least they could do is correct them, especially when it wasn’t on us. It’s disappointing when businesses prioritize deflecting responsibility over customer satisfaction. We won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I was looking for something very specific and I want to say that Z had the best customer service ever! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and my drink was so tasty also.
