Kyuramen - Suwanee

I had a party of 3 and my husband didn’t get his food. The server apologize but still did not bring his food and then I asked for the check and he automatically put a 18% tip on the check trying to be slick. We still had to go elsewhere for food we will definitely not be back.

Food is decent, but not as good as we expected. Noodle soup is too salty for me, nothing special. Restaurant is clean and bright.

Edited: I dined here again. It was even worse, everything in the ramen tastes like coming out of cans or jars. Nothing is related to freshness or favorfulness. Ramen soup is pretty bitter and the unpleasant taste lingered in my mouth for quite a long time. This is literally the worst Ramen I ever had.

Beautiful restaurant, wonderful staff, and amazing atmosphere! The food was absolutely amazing! From the pork boa bun, to the ramen, and the delicious Thai tea. We loved sitting in the honeycomb booth area and having a robot serve us our drinks. This place is always our #1 top ramen restaurant in Georgia!

Good food great service

The ramen was excellent and our service was amazing. Cindy was awesome and made the experience even better!

I finally got to visit. I had seen so many beautiful photos that I went in with high expectations. I was lucky to get a pretty seat (a honeycomb booth) that I had only seen in pictures, but a few minutes later, we had to move because there were a lot of bugs near the chair and the wall.
What made it worse was seeing the staff spray cleaning solution over the bugs that used for the table — it was really off-putting.
The food also looked much better in photos than it actually tasted — I’d give it about 5 out of 10. The ramen was worse than what you’d get at an average chain restaurant, and the tonkatsu and omurice didn’t feel particularly special either.
The staff were friendly, which I appreciated, but overall, I don’t think I would come back. Also, seeing that their health inspection score was in the 80s when I was leaving made me feel even more uneasy.

I had a spicy Shinjuku Tonkotsu ramen, but the taste was not authentic Japanese ramen; instead, it resembled more of a Chinese noodle soup. The soup had a distinctly Chinese spicy flavor. If you are looking for genuine Japanese ramen, this is not the right place.

We went for lunch. It wasn’t busy and the food is good. My husband enjoyed a platter of vegetables and meat. I enjoyed a chicken noodle bowl. We will be back here for another lunch date.

3rd time at Kyuramen. Food was excellent this time around!

2nd time at Kyuramen. This visit was a little disapointing. Service was terribly slow and the omurice was lacking in flavor. The pork belly bun was good hence the photo.

Everything was amazing

My husband and I decided to try this place. Our server wasn’t pleasant at all. She got my order all wrong, never apologized but someone else had to. The new server apologized and corrected the order. The cooks kept looking at me strangely, I’m thinking because they had to remake my order, that alone had me scared to eat. Needless to say, as soon as I got home, my husband and I both started to feel sick. It’s the next day and I’m still running to the restroom. I tossed and turned all night because of stomach pain, I feel terrible!! I’ll never return and I don’t recommend anyone to go there! Gross 🤮

From the moment you step into this restaurant, the experience is amazing. We were seating promptly and our service was top tier. We ordered the Taro fries, 2 bowls of ramen, the matcha pudding and the amazing lemonade. I would recommend ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING (minus the pudding. It wasn't my style but worth a try).
