Little Caesars Pizza

My pizza today was practically raw dough. The team members were nice, but you can tell if a pizza is undercooked. A child can tell if it's wasn't cooked enough. Is it really that much to ask?????

I don’t think we will be ordering from this little Caesar’s anymore. Over the last few months, they have just fallen off with their quality of pizza.

The flat bread pizza was cut and cooked in a different ways than usual. They have gotten the pizza order wrong multiple times. The slices and sticks was basically a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. The cheese side wasn’t even cut in sticks.

I guess because there are different people working there, it’s not the same. Sad, because my kids liked getting their pizza every Friday. Hopefully they change back in the near future.

The pizza I got was completely wrong. I got a completely DIFFERENT pizza. Do they not even check what they’re giving to their customers? We also had to wait an abnormally long time. It was also burnt. I don’t wanna waste my time not energy at this place anymore

Person had an attitude and said they don't accept the coupons in store.....ended paying since I was on lunch

While the Detroit style pizza does taste good, It would be nice to get the whole pizza. The Detroit style is two "SQUARE" pizzas cut into 4 pieces each. This means there should be all corners. Every time we order Detroit Style lately we get all rounded corners like they didn't use near enough dough to fill the pan and get to the corners. Add to which, the toppings just barely cover what is already a deficient size pizza. If Little Caesars is setting the price, and I am paying the whole price, I believe I should get the whole pizza. I'm so sick of this shrinkflation which shorts the customer, not the supplier.

The order was completely wrong and terrible! But the Manager on shift was extremely nice and made everything right! After that I'd give a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ on everything

Nice ppl and for a place that was busy they were very filling orders within a reasonable time frame.

Kid-friendliness: The young man at the counter interacted with all the little kids that came in. He made it a fun time for them all.

I loved it

I placed an online order and I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes at the store after estimated pick up time, never ever again buying from this franchise owner, I’m sticking to my regular one.

I give them 3 stars only because the young staff was very helpful however, as soon as you enter the building the temperature is 91 degrees. It’s ridiculous they have their staff working in this heat. We literally had to stand outside because it’s so hot. Those kids are working in a sweat shop & it’s not right. Please get them so air in there before someone pass out making pizza. The manager just left order to make more pizza but didn’t take consideration of customers being hot.

One of the worst service ived been through on waiting on my food .. I waited 1hr before closing time to receive a thin crust and wings.....

Ordered online for pick up. They made me 2 wrong pizzas! Two! The order slip was correct, but not my pizzas. I paid extra for stuffed crust and did nor get it. Tried to call, but they are not answering. I wonder if the workers can read.
