I came in as an Uber Eats driver to pick up an order on a Thursday night, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I walked in, no one was at the counter, so I said hello a couple of times but got no response. I saw a worker in the back and waved to get her attention. She looked over and said, “Yeah, I know you’re there. I heard you the first two times, I see you, but I’m busy and I’m the only one here.”

I understood she was working alone, so I stepped aside and waited quietly. I could already see the customer’s name on the order—it was clearly ready to go—I just needed the pickup code from the Uber app to confirm it. Instead of just handing the order over, she continued to help customers who came in after me.

When she finally came over, she said something like, “So you flagged me just for that?” which came across as rude and unnecessary. Then, when I tried to look up the order on my phone, she told me to verify it before receiving it, even though on the Uber Eats app you have to receive the order first before verification is possible. I tried to explain, but she just repeated, “read the instructions” several times instead of simply helping me.

I understand being short-staffed is stressful, but there’s still a better way to treat delivery drivers. The tone, attitude, and lack of professionalism made the entire experience unnecessarily.

Worst one that I visit , employes complaining about the amount of persons ordering . App give you a time but the take 20 extra minutes . Order a different t pizza place if you don’t want to be mad !

This location has its good & bad days, but I wanted to note that the other day, Von made my pizzas PERFECTLY & I really appreciate this!! I’m rarely satisfied with my purchases, no matter the company, because folks just seem not to care anymore. Thanks for paying attention to detail.

This pizza was so good, when we have a party instead of dominos or papa John's, i will make a large order at little ceasars!!! Never knew their pizza was that good!!

I was told the pretzel crust would have nacho cheese in it, I asked and they said it twice. But for some reason when I got the pizza its completely marinara sauce. I dont know why the lady put it as that when I said im fine with nacho sauce and thats what I wanted and expected. I was gonna give just 3 stars, but I gave 2 star instead bc in the past we got an order for the cheese bread and it came out raw, im just done with this location man. Im not giving 1 star only bc the lady didn't seem mean or anything

My pizza today was practically raw dough. The team members were nice, but you can tell if a pizza is undercooked. A child can tell if it's wasn't cooked enough. Is it really that much to ask?????

I don’t think we will be ordering from this little Caesar’s anymore. Over the last few months, they have just fallen off with their quality of pizza.

The flat bread pizza was cut and cooked in a different ways than usual. They have gotten the pizza order wrong multiple times. The slices and sticks was basically a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. The cheese side wasn’t even cut in sticks.

I guess because there are different people working there, it’s not the same. Sad, because my kids liked getting their pizza every Friday. Hopefully they change back in the near future.

The pizza I got was completely wrong. I got a completely DIFFERENT pizza. Do they not even check what they’re giving to their customers? We also had to wait an abnormally long time. It was also burnt. I don’t wanna waste my time not energy at this place anymore

Person had an attitude and said they don't accept the coupons in store.....ended paying since I was on lunch
