I got here around 9:55 and there was no one in front of me so I waited for about 3 or 4 minutes. But no one comes out. I called out, “Hey,” but he didn’t come out, so I just left. I feel dirty. You shouldn't do business like this... No one was singing inside and I couldn't hear anything. The atmosphere wasn't like doing business.
Went in on Saturday night and the person working there did not greet us. I said hello twice before he responded hi. He looked confused as to why I was there except for anything else but karoke. I then asked if there were any rooms and he told me they were full. It was definitely because we weren’t Korean. We decided to try this one because it’s close to our house but we won’t be back!

I went on a Saturday night at 7:50 pm and was not greeted and told they weren’t open. The signage says hours of operation are from 6:00 pm till blank. Smoking is allowed, which was not indicated on the website. I sensed some hidden racism with the response. Will not go

Food is changed, and it is much better then before. Customer service very good too!!
I LOVE IT
An ordinary karaoke room. It's next to the lady, so it's good for students. There is no air conditioning in the room, so it gets stuffy quickly if several people sing for a long time, but it's not a big problem. If you are very hot, it may be a bit uncomfortable. Still, the songs are well updated and the English pronunciation is written under the Korean subtitles, so it's good to go with foreign friends.
