We had a good time but for the amount of money that we spent in here today, the quality of the experience was poor. We paid over $200 in game credits for our group of 8. There was about 20% of the games that weren’t playable but you didn’t find that out until after you swiped your card and credits were removed. They have about 5-6 ski ball games and only 1 worked. While bowling one of our lanes kept getting stuck. We ordered food while bowling, it came out cold. The bathrooms were a mess. Out of 4-5 paper towel machines, 1 worked. It was extremely busy in there tonight and the facility just couldn’t seem to keep up. This place was definitely a one and done spot for us. Props to the team members for being so friendly.

It was a nice place. And had a good selection of games which is all we did when we were there. So I can't speak to the ropes course or bowling nor the food or drink. However, a lot of the games would take the credits and not work and then you would need to go and get the credits back from the desk. It also seemed to be pretty pricey with the video games.

Place is nice, but server had attitude after not showing up to our lane for 40 min. Bowling Line 4 was not resetting properly the whole 2 hours, making us miss about 1/4 of our play time .

Don’t spend a penny here. Spent $200 on gaming cards. Half the games took the tokens but did not work. No one cared to add credits back. They acknowledged the games weren’t fully functioning. Bought drinks at the bar. Got charged double for drinks when I closed out. I immediate notified the bartender of the double charge. Was told it was a hold and would drop off, and correct amount would show when they close out at night. It’s been long enough, the charges are still there. Called multiple times to the location to get it corrected. Was told multiple times that manager is not in every day, and when there, they are busy on the floor. Name and message was taken multiple times, but apparently no one knows that I called prior. When looking at the receipts, and my bank account, I was charged more than what I should have. Tried to call corporate, phone puts you on hold then hangs up. Scamming at their best.

BROKEN games plague this location. If you want an arcade your kids will be SAD when half (literally) of the games are broken.
Andretti’s is right up the road, everything works. Easy choice if you are a kid.
(Look for the subsequent message from them saying ‘please contact us blah blah blah’, it’s all you get when you bring to their attention that the location’s game maintenance is an embarrassment to arcades.)

Brought about 15 people here. Bowling for 2 hours 2 lanes came out to $200. It was worth it. Laser tag and pool were very entertaining. Food was very good.
