Just went to main event. I was not impressed. A lot of the games did not work properly. When you swiped your card to play, nothing would happen and it still took your credit. I saw 5 different people running into the same issue and barely anyone around to help. Only rating arcade and atmosphere. Not sure other main event are but the one in suwanee was bad. I acknowledge that, that was my experience but i don’t plan on going again.

Whoever owns this place needs to shut it down to do some major maintenance and then reopen it. It seems the majority of the games did not work or were missing key pieces or not crediting the tickets won while playing.
The employees we spoke to were nice about it. They gave us tickets and some free play cards. They acknowledged knowing the games are screwed up but management won’t take the games out of service.
The bowling lanes are horrendous. All the house balls are missing large chunks all over and it’s like bowling with grenades😂
I buy Main Event gift cards at Costco for a discount and I still feel duped after leaving this place

Main Event Suwanee was an absolute disaster. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the place was completely overwhelmed and poorly managed. It felt chaotic, loud in an unpleasant way, and wildly disorganized. We were told one wait time and ended up waiting far longer, with zero communication or accountability from staff.
The bowling equipment malfunctioned repeatedly, and getting someone to fix it felt like tracking down a ghost. Activities started late, no one seemed to know what was going on, and the entire experience felt like they were just trying to cram in as many people as possible without caring whether anyone actually had a good time.
For the amount they charge, the service and organization were shockingly bad. It honestly felt like a cash grab rather than a place focused on customer experience. Save your money and your time — this place is not worth either.

My boyfriend and I purchased a game card for the arcade, but only about 25% of the games actually worked. Many machines took our points without starting, and we repeatedly had to stop and deal with lost credits. When we told employees, they showed little concern and simply told us to reload the points at the counter. While they reloaded them without question, no one asked which games were broken or made any effort to fix the actual problem.
The service while bowling was just as disappointing. We asked for a pitcher of water and waited an hour and a half. I personally asked three different employees, and it wasn’t until the fourth request that we finally received it. Waiting 90 minutes for something that simple is unacceptable.
Overall, the lack of working equipment and poor customer service made the experience frustrating and not worth the money. Main Event has potential, but based on this visit, I would not recommend this location.

It’s very sad that 40% of the games don’t work and they charge you when you swip. No signs or anything that doesn’t work. doesn’t look good. Looks like they’re scamming you. On top of that, I get to order a platter. The response is shortstaffed. We can’t make you the platter only one Person in the kitchen very shameful will never come here again. Better management must need it

This was hands down the worst bowling alley experience I’ve ever had. The bowling balls were in terrible condition — badly chipped and cracked to the point where they could actually cut your fingers. It felt unsafe just trying to play.
On top of that, the pins kept falling over on their own before the ball even reached them, completely ruining the game. It was impossible to get a fair or enjoyable round in when the equipment clearly wasn’t being maintained.
Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

The food is great! We absolutely love the fried pickles!! The service is the worst I've ever had that. It's rare that we can truly enjoy our food and drinks since our servers don't come around. When the servers do come around, they're always rude. It's so hard to actually get the food and have drinks to go with the food. When our food has been wrong, our servers don't fix it or acknowledge it. We waste so much time waiting on our servers to get the food that it's extremely upsetting. We have had great experiences with the managers helping us to credit some back due to horrible experiences. We absolutely love the food which makes it so hard to go through the same struggle repeatedly. We've had great experiences with the variety of games and the prices. Even when the games have been broken, they've been quick and polite to fix them. My only complaint are the severs can ruin the whole time with just how rude they are and how little they come around.

We came for bowling and the lane we were assigned had only 9 pins, and would not reset to 10 pins. Despite asking 2-3 times if they could please fix this issue, it was not fixed, although we were assured each time that they were working on it. However, it never resolved and after our first hour, we asked to be moved to another lane. It seems Main Event's focus is on parties and games, with bowling as an afterthought.

After our first game we finally got switched lanes and the gutter bumpers were stuck up and we couldn't put them down. And on top of all that the huge TV screens they have over the pins were playing inappropriate music videos for kids.
