Great place and establishment. Unfortunately, the Pump It Up (PIU) setup is... interesting. The pads are stationed too close to the monitors while the pads are hardly sensitive. Would be nice to see better care of this station as there aren't many PIU arcade setups around anymore.

I came here a few weeks ago on a Saturday night thinking I would have a good time and although the bar service was excellent while I was there the wait for my food was over an hour and a half. The bartenders called and called for a manager to assist me and a manager never came. I watched as they radioed for managers to come and speak to me and it seems the managers refused to deal with the issue. I’m giving 3 stars for the bartenders because they truly seemed apologetic but aside from that this place needs some serious help.

I had my son’s 8th birthday party here and it was a fun experience for the kids. Our party host was Tamara and she was SO sweet and accommodating. I had a few hiccups in the beginning but she was able to get everything straightened out for me. I think the value is good for the party packages. We did bowling, laser tag, and obstacle course. Him and his friends really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely come back and celebrate here again.

Service was topnotch. The bar lady was very attentive. The place was very clean especially the bathroom. Great place to entertain kids but adults can have fun too. Highly recommend for parties.

This place is good for bowling and arcade machines, with a pretty good ropes course too. The only problem is that it gets stuffy inside, but overall it’s pretty good

Lane broke 2 times, and took 30 minutes to get it fixed. Service took way too long, didn't even get our drinks until after our food. The bathroom was one of the worst bathrooms I've ever been in. Just go to Dave and Busters instead, much better experience for the price.

How the hell if I called your bowling center almost 30 times and nobody picked up the phone, not only that, you guys almost NEVER pick up the phone. Even in the past I try calling you, and it’s like a 5% chance of y’all picking up the phone. So it’s maybe, nobody is working at the desk, or everyone can’t hear the phone ringing. Now I can’t bowl at your place, you know maybe I should take people advice of not bothering to go to this place
