Great place and establishment. Unfortunately, the Pump It Up (PIU) setup is... interesting. The pads are stationed too close to the monitors while the pads are hardly sensitive. Would be nice to see better care of this station as there aren't many PIU arcade setups around anymore.
I came here a few weeks ago on a Saturday night thinking I would have a good time and although the bar service was excellent while I was there the wait for my food was over an hour and a half. The bartenders called and called for a manager to assist me and a manager never came. I watched as they radioed for managers to come and speak to me and it seems the managers refused to deal with the issue. I’m giving 3 stars for the bartenders because they truly seemed apologetic but...
I had my son’s 8th birthday party here and it was a fun experience for the kids. Our party host was Tamara and she was SO sweet and accommodating. I had a few hiccups in the beginning but she was able to get everything straightened out for me. I think the value is good for the party packages. We did bowling, laser tag, and obstacle course. Him and his friends really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely come back and celebrate here again.
