On 8-9 at 5:00 I ordered a 10 pc nugget. Then they said they charged wrong amount and told me I didn't pay them enough; refused to give receipt? Then said I was free to go once I gave them additional amount. I also let them know they gave me sauce when I asked for none and they said they couldn't give pickles when I asked for them. Let cashier know saying you're free to go was inappropriate and I'd post about this. Strange and terrible service today.

Sat at drive thru speaker for 6 min no one came. Pull around to pickup window and the 2 girls were on their phones. I had to beep my horn to get their attention. They turned around and gave me a dirty look as if I was “interrupting”. One comes over and just looks at me, I told her I had been sitting at the speaker and no one answered. She says “oh, did you want something?”. No, I’m just sitting at the drive thru for fun! Ridiculous, I realize it’s fast food so I don’t expect a lot but come on. At least an apology would have been nice.

Bad service, they served me cold food, taking 20 minutes, then when changing it, they asked for 10 more minutes. The guy who is the manager does not seek to solve, they do not give an effective solution. They are not working well. If I could, I would not even give them one star. They are getting worse and worse in service and food and they serve disastrous food.
Only a few people in the lobby, but after 17 minutes they still didn't have my order ready. I needed to leave, so I went to the counter and had to wait for a few more minutes before an employee approached me. I asked for a refund since my order was ready. They refunded the wrong amount. Total incompetence from top to bottom.

Crappy straws..they break when inserting into cups. Don't get water!!! Insane charge for a cup of water now!! They should charge a small fee for the cup and it's okay for the service but $3.00 for tap water???

After a long day I wanted something quick to eat! Last time I was here the fries was cold. Upon ordering I asked a dark skin Mexican guy with a big nose at 6:20pm on December 16pm for hot fries. I got the fries and they wasn’t fresh. He had the nerve to ask me for the old fries back like he will give the old fries to another customer. It’s disgusting of him to ask for the fries as if I myself couldn’t toss the cold ass fries . Some people have no customer service or consideration for a customers time and money. The people who serve food at night are not friendly and unprofessional and that’s why this location has a 3.1 rating which is crazy. Disgusting!!!
