I made a simple mobile order for a steak, egg and cheese bagel meal with a hot coffee. This McDonald’s failed to give me the correct sandwich and coffee. I received a plain fried chicken biscuit and an iced coffee which is just completely incorrect and absurd. I paid money for the stake egg and cheese bagel. It cost more than this biscuit I received what a waste of money.

On 8-9 at 5:00 I ordered a 10 pc nugget. Then they said they charged wrong amount and told me I didn't pay them enough; refused to give receipt? Then said I was free to go once I gave them additional amount. I also let them know they gave me sauce when I asked for none and they said they couldn't give pickles when I asked for them. Let cashier know saying you're free to go was inappropriate and I'd post about this. Strange and terrible service today.

2 kids receive the same toys and store refuse to exchange for a different one. That's why you guys receive 3 star overall review. The employ told me there is a number under the box tell you which on is which, then why give us 2 duplicated toys if you already know so?????

Employees here would often mess up my order. For instance, I ordered a drink, however, they would send me a different drink.
Sat at drive thru speaker for 6 min no one came. Pull around to pickup window and the 2 girls were on their phones. I had to beep my horn to get their attention. They turned around and gave me a dirty look as if I was “interrupting”. One comes over and just looks at me, I told her I had been sitting at the speaker and no one answered. She says “oh, did you want something?”. No, I’m just sitting at the drive thru for fun! Ridiculous, I realize it’s fast food so I don’t expect a lot but come on. At least an apology would have been nice.

Bad service, they served me cold food, taking 20 minutes, then when changing it, they asked for 10 more minutes. The guy who is the manager does not seek to solve, they do not give an effective solution. They are not working well. If I could, I would not even give them one star. They are getting worse and worse in service and food and they serve disastrous food.
