They have infinite employees in there but I guess these employees are trained to create infinite wait times unnecessarily especially for drive thru. Very unproductive location.

The service inside is slow. I go through the drive thru to get my coffee and then take it inside to drink. I’ve had to move my seat when i was with a child because of a group of young adults that came in that were loud, about to fight and using profanity. Nothing was done. And the staff, when there, is extremely rude.

Been years since I’ve chosen to eat at McDonald’s. Tonight I was working late and decided to give it a shot. Everything was fresh. Customer service exceptional. And it was fast. 3 minutes total wait once I placed my order inside.

A terrible customer service experience — extremely irresponsible and rude staff. I definitely do not recommend this place. It’s hard to imagine how a business with such poor service quality has managed to open so many locations and is still operating.
