If I could rate this location a zero star I would they always have attitudes I have found hair in my food TWICE and I asked for a little extra sauce on my breakfast bagel and they decided to be funny and load it down like it’s pig slob there was more sauce than there was bagel I would never recommend this location for anyone which is sad because I was a loyal customer I would rather drive all the way to pleasant hill to that location before I come back here again and that says a lot because my apartment is only 2-3 mins away from this location DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Awful. Every. Single. Time. Every McDonald's in this area reheats fries. When I leave the Gwinnett area, I get decent McDonald's. What is wrong with the McDonald's in our area? Everything I get in this general area, regardless of specific location, sucks compared to other McDonald's. Do we have garbage franchise owners in this area specifically? So tired of wasting money on Gwinnett McDonald's when I can go much further to Atlanta, Milton, Decatur, basically anywhere but here... and get something decent. Not ordering again.

I've eaten at this McDonald's 2x in the last 7 days. If I eat at a Micky Ds, it's typically breakfast. I had a craving for a burger last week sometime and came here. The food was hot and fresh and accurate + the employee brought me the food at the table and was kind. It exceeded my expectations .... by far ..... because fast food is a crapshoot most times. The fries were fresh and hot and not greasy. I came back today because of the last experience and it was equally great. Nice job peeps! I sure hope you do this well my next time in for lunch.

Horrible McDonalds. Used to be good but not anymore. Sad because it’s close to home but I’ll drive miles to get to a better one. Never have mobile orders ready and when they do, they’re wrong EVERY time. Don’t go here!!!

This place was terrible, the drive thru was a terrible experience, you better of going to the Popeyes next door the way they serve people. I only write reviews when its a terrible experience and this was one of the worst.
First they do false advertising by claiming in their front door that they have a five dollar deal, when in reality its just not true in the morning, which could be fair, so no complains... Yet. Afterwards they proceed to have the worst service as they mess up our order 3 times, tried to not give us our hashbrowns, only gave 1 sandwiches when we ordered 3, then did not even check orders. Terrible service, would blame the people but what can you do when they are just lazy.
Can even try to be nice about it.

I don’t usually do bad reviews, but how hard is it to get McDonald’s right. Honestly this is a first negative McDonald’s review. Go through the drive through, they can’t take app codes to earn points for some reason, okay. Move on and make the order, the guy is nice but asks me the order a couple times including the sauces. Guy takes the payment at the first window. Line is taking a second. Get to the second window and he has 4 drinks. I say I only have 3 drinks. Ok.. was charged for an extra drink. They give me the money back and give me the order. I pull over eat a fry, horrible like they have been sitting, no sauces in bag, no napkins in bag. I send someone back in for the sauces, they are in there trying to charge them for the ranches they never gave in the first place. Finally guy from window walks over and gives the sauces. The visit gets major side eye.
