The employees at the drive through were rude and sassy, I asked for a sprite, smoothie and a medium fry. The employee mistook the fry for a medium coffee, which would’ve been fine if they just swapped it out. They both tried gaslighting me into thinking that I didn’t order a coffee and make me pay extra for the fries. Very rude, y’all have no incentive to be like this.

The drive thru employee Ana Maria is very rude! Doesn’t seem to know customer service and use her words to explain herself. Throws jelly packets at you for telling her to fix her attitude at 5:40am. This location has never given me problems before. Their service is actually always pretty good, but employees like her rude the experience. I hope there is consequences for her actions. I spoke to the manager but doesn’t see like she was going to handle the situation.

12/10/25.... 6:00am.... what happened to the familiar faces I see every morning. Be careful, make sure you check your order and have patience with some new hires. There has been a breach of standard in regards to employee expectations and how customers are treated. I thought I was on candid camera this morning dealing with the drive-through cashier.

First time here I asked for a shake. The order taker made a big deal about adding Oreo to it so I just told him to forget it and left. I offered to pay double. SMH heard them laughing in the drive thru speaker as I was leaving. Stopped in today and got short changed due to the penny being discontinued. Pennies are still out there. Don’t short me because you’re too lazy to change the menu prices to reflect the lack of pennies. I tried to explain this to the order bagger and they could not speak enough English to understand me and instead of helping him the other crew members were just laughing. I’m glad they find interaction with me is entertaining. This location sucks big egg plant. The manager must be proud.
The cleanest McDonald's we have ever visited. Very friendly staff and the playground was clean and the room smelled clean.

It was a poor experience because my food was taking a bit too long and there where a lot of people waiting. I only saw two girls at the front and they looked stressed.
They should hire more people….

Fifty fifty on order being right. Just ordered a $5 fish sandwich with no tarter, got tarter no cheese yet the receipt had the order right

They have maybe gotten 1/10 orders right and thats being generous. When management is notified they couldnt care less. No matter what you order it will be wrong. This is a fact, and the employees there dont care at all. Have been going to this location for 20 years, never again. Theres a mcdonalds on duluth hwy and on sugarloaf 316. Go there instead. Their operator actually cares enough to be on top of things in my experience.

I used to love this McDonalds, however the last three morning I have been, they have continuously messed up my regular order that I get everyday. There is this new guy in the drive through window, that keeps messing up my order and I have to go around the drive through multiple times to get what I ordered when I should've received it the first time. He tries to give me items I didn't order on purpose, and his customer service skills are poor. Im really upset because this was my go-to for breakfast and I will no longer be returning due to the lack of quality customer service and abrupt mistakes that have happened over the last three mornings, when for the past 9 months my regular order has never had an error before.

worker made me wait like 10 minutes so they could talk to the car in front of me (handing each other phones) thats whatever, but 20 nuggets and not a single ounce of sauce in the bag??? enraging
