Normally this location is pretty good but lately it’s as if they don’t care if your order is correct. ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal only to leave with a sausage egg and cheese… please pay better attention to your customers order…

there was an error with the app, so i decided to place your order directly at the drive-thru. When i explained the situation and requested to apply the free iced coffee from your rewards, the employee named 'William' sighed and responded rudely to your questions. You then went to the counter to inquire again and asked why he treated me in such a manner. He replied by saying that he gave me the coffee for free and questioned what the problem was, even going as far as criticizing me and belittling me as a customer.I will complain to the mcdonald once again for this issue.

If I could give negative stars I would. This McDonald's always is getting orders incorrect. When you try to speak to anyone there they never understand English and have to find someone else to get it translated. Last time I checked we are in the United States where we speak English. In a customer facing position they should be able to speak and understand English fluently.It's always the customers fault and they can't do anything. Worst customer service of any company anywhere I have been. If you actually want to get a decent meal and have them understand what you say then I'd definitely go somewhere else.I even talked to the store manager I think one time and they didn't care, as long as they are getting cheap labor. You can't get the DM or anyone to return calls when you do register complaints.

I spent $26.00 for food that was inedible and shorted 4 apple pies. The customer service and management I give -1 star. I tried calling this store for 1 week to complain but no answer. Finally, a person named Blanca picked up and I was told the manager on duty was 'Udy' but Udy not in. Why answer a phone if you can't speak English?? I called the C/S number and filed a complaint. McDonald's will not be stealing any more money from me.
