The worst McDonald's or fast food place I've ever been in. I ordered McRibs through the McDonald's mobile app. When I got there, they told me they were out of McRibs, which is fine, but when I asked for a refund, they told me they don't refund McDonald's mobile app orders. I went inside and showed them where it says in the app that the restaurant handles refunds. Then the female (assistant manager or shift manager) made me stand at the cash register while she pretended to process the refund as slowly as possible, including taking a couple of breaks and going into the back to chat with her co-workers about Christmas shopping. After 20 minutes of waiting, when she finally gave me my money she literally laughed in my face while she handed it to me. The rudest McDonald's employee I've ever dealt with. I was an assistant manager at a McDonald's for several years when I was younger, and I've never seen an employee like this who wasn't fired.

As always way over priced on there drinks and hamburgers since they are making them smaller are also over priced. Drinks should never be as high as they are .

If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience. I got a McGriddle and bacon egg and cheese breakfast and an orange juice and coffee. I got a small orange juice when I didn’t or wasn’t asked what size I just ordered the meal. Couldn’t be charged for a regular size at second window because that’s first window job. I wasn’t even asking for a refund for the small one. Like come on. No one was in line but me. The coffee tasted like dirt. The McGriddle tasted weird, wasn’t even warm at least. And the biscuit bacon egg and cheese tasted old and cold. The hash brown wasn’t hot or warm, bit into it and there was something black and I got the ick. $15 plus more spent all for me to get to work and not be able to got back and get a refund for all of it because I ended up throwing it all away. Worst experience ever. Employees were not helpful. I would love to get a refund. Because I stopped by knowing I would be late to work to get breakfast. Very frustrating. Very disappointed.

My wife and I came here for lunch today and will never come back.

As soon as we walked in the door, we could hear the tall black manager screaming at the workers behind the cash register as if I was in Boot Camp again, this obnoxious screaming as the workers to push out food faster continued throughout our visit

The Latino man who took our order seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He could not find a lot of the buttons. The manager came over and did not know how to add the extra McRibpatty that I ordered. She said you have to order another sandwich and walked away.

The food came out incorrectly, even though we saw the young man put it together incorrectly. I went back to the counter, and the same manager gave me a look as if it was my fault for getting the order wrong. She offers no apology. A few minutes later, a young black male, probably the one who had made our McRib sandwich, came out to the counter and stared at us, then walked away. Just a frustrated stare, then she snatched the McRib out of my hand and walked away. The restaurant is cramped, with too many walls, making it look like a prison instead of a restaurant.

There are no condiments. You have to ask for napkins, ketchup, etc., behind the cash register.

This location can get very busy during lunch hours. I don't mind the wait but staff need to be better with keeping track of where they send their drive thru customers to park for them to wait for their orders. I waited about 15 minutes at the drive through parking space because drive thru staff did not clarify to the staff who was bring the food out where my car was. Other than that this location is clean and the staff are alright. I had dealt with some rude staff here twice awhile ago.
