The only reason this location is getting a five-star review is because they have a person with an intellectual disability working the front counter service. I was very happy to be patient with him as he took my order. I hope others will, too.

Employees arguing, drive thru line took forever and a day to get our mobile order. And the food was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Here’s my “large fry”. We had 4 double cheese burgers. 2 were to have no pickle which was done on the app. 2 were supposed to have extra pickle, ketchup, and onion. We got 4 double cheese burgers with mustard only on them. Nothing else besides patty and cheese. I’ve been in the hospital for 3 weeks and just want food that’s bad for me. Never ever ever going here again

Drinks without soda are soulless, it has been broken for 3 weeks, no idea when it will be fixed. I used to go there 3-4 times a week, I had to give up the 3 minute walk and would rather go to McDonalds 15 minutes away.
Worst McDonald’s ever…they made me wait 20 minutes for my order. Then gave me just a Pattie and bread, when o called the store she asked me to store my burger and get it next day so she will add the pickles on it….like seriously. The manger need look into worst customer service.

Everything was not right. Fries are not crispy and taste like leftovers. McCrispy children is not crispy, either. And they forgot tomatoes for my deluxe. Only good thing is the front desk lady who is very friendly. Will not come back for sure.

Half the drive thru menu screens not working more than half the time I go there. Ridiculous. Probably losing money because people can't see everything they offer. Including myself. Bring it up to staff and they don't care...3 weeks later still haven't fixed screen
