My waitress was really good! Liv can really sing!

I called to do a pickup order and the guy over the phone was rushing me and laughing with his coworker. I arrived to pick up my order. I told the 2 workers my name and they immediately looked at each other and started laughing. I immediately felt uncomfortable. Once I got home I was missing a salad too…after being rushed on the phone. I will not be returning to this specific establishment. Stop laughing and playing on the phone !! And pay attention!

The register has huge attitude issues and being inpatient about checking out process. It is not customer’s problem when they don’t offer Apple Pay. And I have to go back to may car to get my physical credit card to pay. That’s fine with me but no need for the long face isn’t?

Excellent birthday dinner experience. The pizza was delicious and the service was outstanding. I accidentally spilled water on the floor, but our server handled it with kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this place

I ordered a vegan pizza along with vegan pretzels. The pizza was okay, and I blame myself for that because I wanted it crispy and forgot to ask. So the pizza how it was did have a good flavor. The pretzel was pizza crust. That's it. It tasted like bread. The atmosphere is great. Solid for college kids. Cool chill vibe to the establishment. I would return to give them another shot.

We love mellow mushroom because it’s one of the few places we can get a completely vegan pizza. Plus it somewhere we can meet non vegan friends and everyone can find something to eat. They are always pleasant and provide great customer service.

Our family was a regular customer and last nite MM closed very early for Halloween. We drive 40 minutes to this location. I asked if we could order a to go pizza and the wiener chef rudely refused.
Were never returning to this location. There is no loyalty for customers like us and employee training is badly needed.

Pizza was average. There was no love put into The Marley pizza, which is normally great. Tasted like “We can’t wait to get out here”.
Service was garbage. Counted at least 8 staff members and not one person was smiling or welcoming. The transference of energy was real. Ick! We came in smiling and laughing but couldn’t wait to get outta there once we experienced the awkward, unfriendly staff. After we stood at the counter for at least 3 minutes, one female staffer finally popped up to ask if we had been helped. If (big IF) I have this place again, I’ll likely Doordash.

Dietary restrictions: Love mellow mushroom and this location. They have a great gluten free magical mystery pizza not on menu. My husband gets the buffalo chicken. We normally get greek salad which is very good too. We eat here or take out usually 1/x week. Love our local mellow mushroom

Great Pizza! Loved the Super Pepp with fresh ricotta, pepperoni and a hint of sweet with the honey. Lauren was a very attentive waitress.

The atmosphere and food were really good. The service of Tamaris Cruz was excellent, she was very kind and her food recommendations were exactly what I was wishing to eat.
