Mellow Mushroom Suwanee

Pizzas were super yummy with a delicious buttery crust. Service was great. My only issue was being seated right next to another table when there were plenty of other tables available…. And that table ended up being super loud. We were the only ones there—our table and the other party—and I don’t know why they had to seat us at a table right next to the only other party there instead of seating us a few tables/booths apart.

I’m seeing this more and more lately everywhere I go—restaurants nowadays like to seat people right next to each other instead of spacing them apart like they used to. I understand sometimes they only have a limited area open due to staff shortage, but even within that limited section, it is possible to space people apart so they’re not sitting in the booth or table right next to you or right behind you.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Dylan and Kevin (and the whole team) at Mellow Mushroom in Suwannee. I made a mistake as a customer — it was absolutely my fault — and instead of making me feel embarrassed or frustrated, they handled the situation with kindness and the utmost professionalism.

Dylan especially went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. His patience, helpfulness, and positive attitude created a genuinely great customer service experience.

Jobs like theirs are often thankless, but they truly deserve recognition. So here’s a hearty THANK YOU to Dylan and the rest of the MM team for showing what top-tier hospitality looks like. Mellow Mushroom is lucky to have this crew, and we’ll definitely be back! 🍕

We love it there, the servers are awesome, great people. Love the Pizzas, the philly-cheesesteak is the best, chicken wings are great as well, the sangrias!!!. From the Cesars and Heather, thank you guys, you're the best: Colette, Aidan, Kevin, Sidney, Sussy, McKenzie.

My waitress was really good! Liv can really sing!

I called to do a pickup order and the guy over the phone was rushing me and laughing with his coworker. I arrived to pick up my order. I told the 2 workers my name and they immediately looked at each other and started laughing. I immediately felt uncomfortable. Once I got home I was missing a salad too…after being rushed on the phone. I will not be returning to this specific establishment. Stop laughing and playing on the phone !! And pay attention!

The register has huge attitude issues and being inpatient about checking out process. It is not customer’s problem when they don’t offer Apple Pay. And I have to go back to may car to get my physical credit card to pay. That’s fine with me but no need for the long face isn’t?

Excellent birthday dinner experience. The pizza was delicious and the service was outstanding. I accidentally spilled water on the floor, but our server handled it with kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this place

I ordered a vegan pizza along with vegan pretzels. The pizza was okay, and I blame myself for that because I wanted it crispy and forgot to ask. So the pizza how it was did have a good flavor. The pretzel was pizza crust. That's it. It tasted like bread. The atmosphere is great. Solid for college kids. Cool chill vibe to the establishment. I would return to give them another shot.
