I can confidently say she is the most amazing baker I have ever worked with. I care deeply about customer service, flavor, and overall quality (both in taste and design) and she consistently exceeds expectations.
Her talent is on another level. When I say she can accommodate anything, I truly mean any design, any dessert, and any flavor. I’ve created custom flavor combinations from scratch, and she not only executed them flawlessly but elevated them. She also offers thoughtful flavor suggestions and is happy to refine ideas until they are exactly right. Every bite is balanced, moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
From flavor development to design execution, everything she creates feels intentional, refined, and elevated. I’ve brought her complex inspiration boards with multiple photos, mixed textures, and layered elements, and she seamlessly translates it all into something cohesive and stunning. She even sketches out designs beforehand to ensure the vision is perfectly aligned. That level of detail and collaboration is rare.
Her fondant work is impeccable, clean, precise, and identical to inspiration, and still uniquely elevated. What impresses me most is her ability to truly listen. She collaborates, offers thoughtful suggestions when needed, and delivers on time, every time. Even if you don’t have a clear vision, she will create one for you, and it will exceed expectations.
Beyond her creativity, she is kind, professional, fairly priced, and genuinely easy to work with. There is zero stress in the process. I trust her fully, and I don’t say that lightly.

Mehtab is my go to person for custom cakes. She’s done cakes for my son, hubby n friends. I absolutely love her cakes. Her attention to detail is amazing and delivers what she promises. We absolutely love the cake Mits Baked for my son’s 9th soccer theme birthday. she patiently listened to all the requests and the final design was just perfect. I was awestruck by looking at the cake. I gave Mehtab a reference picture and she literally replaced it. Kudos to her artwork👌👌 and coming to the taste it was sooo delicious that it literally melted in our mouths. Thanks Mehtab for giving us such a delicious cake❤️

Mits was wonderful to work with. From the start, she made us feel like anything was possible and really encouraged our daughter to be part of the ideas, which made the whole experience even more special. We shared a photo of a cake we liked, and she not only matched the look perfectly but actually made it even better than the original picture. The cake itself was moist, balanced, and not overly sweet. Her work is truly top notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better cake for our daughter’s 6th birthday and will definitely be coming back to her in the future.
