Mitz is Amazing! Her cakes are delicious, beautiful and she is very accommodating with all of our unique requests. My mom is whole food plant based (which is more strict than Vegan) and she made the most incredible cake for her birthday. She was blown away. It tasted better than most dairy based cakes. She also made beautiful cakes for my littles with minimal to no artificial die per my requests. She was even able to accommodate a last minute request during one of her busiest seasons. Brings ease of mind to all event planning!
