I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for over 4 years, and I visited for lunch today looking to redeem some reward points for a single taco. Stood in line for a while, finally got to order my food, just to make it to the checkout register where the two workers told me that their scanner is broken, hasn’t been working in months, and they cannot accept reward points for any orders placed outside of the mobile app. They just kept saying “it’s not working” in broken English, and they told me I had to pay for the taco. Needless to say, I wasted 20 minutes and left without food (guess they’ll enjoy eating my taco). Terrible service, not to mention how dirty the place is. Look at their ceilings in the kitchen next time you make the poor decision of visiting this store - they look like they’ve never been cleaned. Will never be back.

This is the worst Moe’s around. Close it already. If you are looking for good Moe’s, take a short drive to the Mall of Ga, because this ain’t it.

Popped into this Moes tonight at 7:51. It looked like they were already starting to close up and the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I asked for queso but after I saw that it was all clumpy (aka cold and old), I decided to forgo the queso by saying “ah! That looks gross! Nevermind” The employee then made a comment about how they close in a minute. My mom asked about when they close and she responded with 8 PM. According to Google, they close at 9.
Anyways - really disappointed by this experience tonight. Didn’t really love my burrito - it was totally dried out - and it was expensive. $30 bucks for 2 burritos and 2 drinks.

This company took my money and offered me no compensation of any kind. Let me tell you the story...
I placed an order for me and my girlfriend online on may 24th for two burritos at 3:30pm. That is one month before writing this review. When I arrived, the store was closed 5 1/2 hours early with no explanation.
After being persistant they finally came to the door. The manager was rude and told me he would have to issue a refund. No appology or anything. I was understanding at the time.
I called back the next day and the manager told me I would have to wait 3-5 business days for the refund to go through. So I did, I waited 8 business days. So now I call corporate and ask for a refund. The nice lady I spoke to told me that the manager did not issue a refund but that she would initiate the refund, and that I would recieve the money back in 5-7 business days. So I waited, 7 business days and no refund. That is a lot of waiting.
Now when I call corporate they say they can't help because it has been too long. When I call the store they tell me the General Manger only comes in for a 1-2 hours a week. After calling the store every day, I started calling the other stores in the area to find out where this general manager is. He surely must be working somewhere.
I found out from an employee at a different store that he is the general manager of both the Pleasant Hill location and the Snellville location and his name is Cam. I could not confirm this information though because belive it or not, out of all the stores I called these are the only stores that do not answer their phone. Strange coincidence.
They stole my money and wasted my time. They could have easily offered me a store credit if you did not want to give me my money back and I probably would have been cool with that. I disputed the charge with my bank as a last resort. I would not use this company's online system as they seem to be using it to scam people out of their money.
I will update this review if I am ever able to get my money back or get any form of compenstation.

Everything about this store is terrible, AVOID! The manager is a joke and doesn’t give a flip about customers or even basic service. A few weeks ago my boyfriend placed an order through the app. When we got to Moe’s the doors were locked? This was at 3:30 PM on a Saturday.. There was a small child running around the store who came up to the door and then ran away. A woman employee came and opened the door after we knocked and had waited a couple of minutes. She said they were closed with zero explanation. We told her that we hope everything’s okay, but we already paid and want a refund at least. She took my boyfriend back to the manager who seemed uncaring and said he’d refund our money, but he never did. At this point my boyfriend has called corporate multiple times who at first said they refunded it and to wait 5-7 business days like the manager originally did. To now they say they can’t help because it’s a privately owned store and the store “closed the case” or whatever. When calling the store the employees say the manager’s only there a couple hours each week? WTH! Now we’re just going to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Not worth it at all, give us our $30 back!

Avoid this location at all costs, listen to the recent reviews. I’ve had multiple poor experiences at this location and tonight was the last time I’ll spend money here. I ordered a burrito and a cup of queso, and the rude lady barely filled the cup, less than half full. When I politely asked for a little more, she told me a “cup” was one scoop and refused. Huh? Personally I find this insane since a cup costs $5 and they’re refusing to give more than a few tablespoons of queso. On top of that she barely gave me any chips. Overall her attitude was extremely rude, which seems to be a theme among the reviews.
Also their online hours are incorrect and they regularly close hours early for whatever reason.
The quality of Moe’s has declined so severely, it’s shocking. The employees here are rude and stingy. Please spend your money at one of the many wonderful Mexican restaurants in the area.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. By far the worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, dirty restaurant that’s completely empty, and absolutely filthy bathroom with no soap in the dispenser. Staff is very quick and adamant to let their customers know “you can call corporate , it’s not my fault”.
Save yourself a stomach ache and avoid this place like the plague!

this place sucks. i used the app to place an order, then drove to the wrong location. (i’m not from this part of town). the correct location (this location) was over 20 minutes away and i didn’t have time to drive there. i called the store to ask for a refund and the lady was extremely rude. she kept saying ‘it’s not my problem you drove to the wrong store’ yes maam, i know that. i am openly telling you it is my problem. i made a mistake. she hung up on me. so i’m out $12 and didnt have any lunch. i called customer service, i did the contact form on the website, i even left a FIVE STAR REVIEW ASKING FOR A REFUND and nothing. this was a couple weeks ago and im leaving a review now because Moe’s just sent me a promotional text and it pissed me off. that’s just such a petty thing to do when you work at a restaurant. i did not pick up the food, it probably went in the trash. hope that $12 was worth it cause i am so turned off of Moe’s now im never going again. ugh. vent over :)

The location at Lawrenceville Suwanee has bad customer service. I ordered my food online but never received it. I went to the store but the employees wouldn't open the door. The employees were just standing there looking at me through the glass. They proceeded to turn the lights off and go out the back door. They took my money and wouldn't give me my food or a refund. I didn't get a explanation on how I would get my money back or an apology. I got there 30 mins before the store closed.

I am surprised that the health inspector haven't closed this place down we need to check on this a.s.a.p everything is out dated bacteria is sinking into the food and NO CARES this is bad I've work in suwanee for 27 yrs nothing has changed about this place the food is nasty. GIVE ME THE NUMBER TO THE LOCAL HEALTH DEPT

I walked in to order and waited to order and I water for about 3 minutes then someone finally acknowledges me. One of the employees had on two head phones and dropped the top to the black beans and put the top back over the meat.
