I walked in to order and waited to order and I water for about 3 minutes then someone finally acknowledges me. One of the employees had on two head phones and dropped the top to the black beans and put the top back over the meat.

I was absolutely horrified by my experience. They DROPPED my food ON THE GROUND and then served/sold it to me anyway. The staff simply picked up my burrito from the floor, placed it on top of my exposed chips in the bag, and sold it as if nothing had happened. Gross! I reported this serious health and safety violation to the local food inspector on Feb/11/2025.

The atmosphere in the store was dreadful—the place reeked, and the two Hispanic women working there, one older and one younger, appeared aggressive and clearly irritated while preparing food. From start to finish, the entire experience was awful. Even before my food was dropped, it looked unappetizing with barely any meat/protein. I’m now convinced that it’s worth the extra drive to a different Moe’s location for a safe and pleasant meal.

My guy what is going on, Moe’s Monday was $5. What happened😭 that’s not why you got the 4 stars though. Usually nice familial ppl but sometimes not the cleanest in the customer areas. If y’all bring back the $5 Moe’s Monday, I’ll add the star back.

Id avoid this location at all cost. Its in dire need of an upgrade. Low health score (82) and the place was not clean at all especially the drink machine, tables and bathroom. Had not been here in 2 + years and wow I was shocked. The owner has def let this place go. The service has always been below average (unfriendly staff) and the food just so so on a good day. Factor in the state of the place currently. hard pass moving ahead. Much better options around.. like Willys on Duluth Hwy..

Have been going here for awhile now. Cash register does not work, not able to use rewards cash for over a month now. Broken drink machine. Broken tables and poor sanitation. Franchise owner does not invest in this property

Fix your online closing time

It was ok at best. The " Welcome to Moe's" was so underdo it was pathetic. As if no one wanted to be there. Food was ok, nothing special. Service was borderline piss poor. Will not go back.

Don't go here. I was served raw chicken. Additional this location goes heavy on the rice and VERY light on protein. I recommend going anywhere else... Hard to tell from the picture but the chicken is pink and smells like sushi.

We’ve tried to go 3 times over the past couple months but this location always closes early. We normally can get there around 8 and they’re supposed to close at 9

Came in to order a Moe cheese, Moe meat bowl 7/3 around 2:50PM and the 2 ladies up front were so rude and disrespectful. The 1st lady was asking what I wanted until we got to the queso before I could ask for it on the side, we didn’t ask and just poured and pushed it down. I told the 2nd I wanted the queso on the side and she just stared. I stated it again and she said well she put it on there already and you didn’t say anything before. I said she didn’t give me a chance and I still want it on the side. Lady still standing there looking crazy and then said that was extra. I said can you start over and she still just stared. At that point, I said nevermind, grabbed my coworker and just walked out. Im not paying money for them to make my food how they want and then the portion sizes they started with were no more than a regular bowl. I went to Qdoba instead and had an awesome experience as a first time customer. The staff is lazy and needs customer service training.

Portion size was awful, worst I’ve ever seen. The “extra” rice was the normal amount at any other Moes. Half scoop of chicken at best. Won’t ever come back.
