Just came by MOES for lunch. Been a while, this establishment has had a nice upgrade new colors and much cleaner than previously , the food was real good this time (had a homewrecker) and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, there is obviously new mngmt , We will certainly be back..

Super clean. The food was great. The pinto beans are dry beans and cooked in house. The best pinto beans I have had in a restaurant. The homewreak was great. I will definitely be back.

The manager gave the ceremonial welcome to move but the server o Of my food was Removed. You literally can count the grains of rice for the rice everything else after that was the very same,Meager!!!
( Accounted 9 pieces of chicken when I got my bowl).
The only thing that she was heavy-handed with was the condiments lettuce tomatoes and the different sauces.
The place is clean but that's because we were the only ones in there.
But the servers Is deplorable the manager a gentleman at the time recognized that we were frustrated and tried to engage with us but it had already gone bad
Then when I went to check out I didn't have an option to not leave a tip.
The serving wasn't warranted of a tip plus the cost of the food.

We visited this past week with our 3 month old baby. This establishment is not parent friendly. There are no changing tables in either bathroom!

Like few others mentioned, even I received a veggie bowl half its usual size. The food didn't look fresh the server had to be told to put the toppings 3-4times to even make the minimum quantity.

This Moe’s said it was newly renovated under new owners so my mom and I went to check it out. I will say, the establishment seemed clean, but the lady who I assume was the manager was extremely rude to my mom and I and the two kind employees that were working there. The employees seemed extremely nervous around the manager and the manager was either mumbling rudely to us, or when we asked her to repeat because we didn’t hear her she was yelling at us rudely. She was over the employees shoulder’s whenever they put any topping or any ingredient into my bowl. I ordered a bowl, and she was telling the employee working on my bowl how much rice to give me. They gave me one scoop and there was so little rice, I could see the bottom and edges of the bowl. The bowl doesn’t have to be stuffed, but when just the bowl costs $11+ I would like the rice to at least fill the bottom, I have not been to any other Moe’s where I have been given this little food. Then the manager yelled at me when I asked if I could scan my rewards app because it was “already loaded on” but I hadn’t given it yet so there’s no way it would have been, and the discounts I had were not displayed. We will not be going back.

Shrinkflation has hit moes I guess. I ordered a homewrecker and got a burrito smaller than a closed fist. Also ordered a cup of guacamole and got half a cup. great

I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for over 4 years, and I visited for lunch today looking to redeem some reward points for a single taco. Stood in line for a while, finally got to order my food, just to make it to the checkout register where the two workers told me that their scanner is broken, hasn’t been working in months, and they cannot accept reward points for any orders placed outside of the mobile app. They just kept saying “it’s not working” in broken English, and they told me I had to pay for the taco. Needless to say, I wasted 20 minutes and left without food (guess they’ll enjoy eating my taco). Terrible service, not to mention how dirty the place is. Look at their ceilings in the kitchen next time you make the poor decision of visiting this store - they look like they’ve never been cleaned. Will never be back.

Popped into this Moes tonight at 7:51. It looked like they were already starting to close up and the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I asked for queso but after I saw that it was all clumpy (aka cold and old), I decided to forgo the queso by saying “ah! That looks gross! Nevermind” The employee then made a comment about how they close in a minute. My mom asked about when they close and she responded with 8 PM. According to Google, they close at 9.
Anyways - really disappointed by this experience tonight. Didn’t really love my burrito - it was totally dried out - and it was expensive. $30 bucks for 2 burritos and 2 drinks.

This company took my money and offered me no compensation of any kind. Let me tell you the story...
I placed an order for me and my girlfriend online on may 24th for two burritos at 3:30pm. That is one month before writing this review. When I arrived, the store was closed 5 1/2 hours early with no explanation.
After being persistant they finally came to the door. The manager was rude and told me he would have to issue a refund. No appology or anything. I was understanding at the time.
I called back the next day and the manager told me I would have to wait 3-5 business days for the refund to go through. So I did, I waited 8 business days. So now I call corporate and ask for a refund. The nice lady I spoke to told me that the manager did not issue a refund but that she would initiate the refund, and that I would recieve the money back in 5-7 business days. So I waited, 7 business days and no refund. That is a lot of waiting.
Now when I call corporate they say they can't help because it has been too long. When I call the store they tell me the General Manger only comes in for a 1-2 hours a week. After calling the store every day, I started calling the other stores in the area to find out where this general manager is. He surely must be working somewhere.
I found out from an employee at a different store that he is the general manager of both the Pleasant Hill location and the Snellville location and his name is Cam. I could not confirm this information though because belive it or not, out of all the stores I called these are the only stores that do not answer their phone. Strange coincidence.
They stole my money and wasted my time. They could have easily offered me a store credit if you did not want to give me my money back and I probably would have been cool with that. I disputed the charge with my bank as a last resort. I would not use this company's online system as they seem to be using it to scam people out of their money.
I will update this review if I am ever able to get my money back or get any form of compenstation.
