I was so disappointed when my appointment was scheduled for 10 PM. The first time I walk to office, they were on a break. The second time, they were changing shifts. Now it's 2 AM and I'm still waiting here no even at the door. Be ready for a long wait if you come here.

Don't go in the first drive, go to the second entrance, when time to check in call one of the numbers on the gate shipping and receiving is on the other side of the building
Appt was at 4:30 arrived at 3pm was told
To circle around back and park and check in at 4. Checked in at 4 was told to wait for yard jock to come get me when a door is available. Didn’t get put on a door until 7. It’s 9:24pm and they just started unloading me .. meanwhile I watched multiple trucks dock and leave some
Reefer some dry .. I will NEVER DELIVER HERE AGAIN! Terrible and the parking lot is too tight for the amount of truck traffic coming through here

slow been docked for over 3 hours. come on get it together
They have always been good to me here. They have gotten me into a dock quickly. Sure, it can take a couple hours to unload but nothing out of the usual. Drop & hooks go smoothly here. I have had a few here. They are always ready on time. I never live loaded here so I can’t say much about that….

There’s some spots outside the gate that you can park.
Drive all the way around to the very back and check in. I didn't know where to go my first time there and some idiot drove around me just to be first in line but it didn't matter because I still left before him. Hopefully this will help someone else because when I called, the gate just opened and I didn't know what to do....
