Panda Express

I love Panda Express and usually get food from this location; however, today I had a very unpleasant experience while waiting for my online order. While I was waiting, Ann (who I assume was the manager on shift) kept yelling at and scolding what appeared to be a newly hired employee.

While I understand the stress of rush hour, it is highly unprofessional to scold workers in front of customers. These matters should be addressed in private to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. I also believe all employees deserve at least basic respect during their shifts, and yelling at someone simply because they are new and still learning the system is highly inappropriate.

The store Manager Yen was so wonderful she came out to see if our meal was good. They were testing out a new product called brisket beef Cantonese Bbq. It was phenomenal . Yen felt we didn’t get a proper portion so she brought us out more. This store is efficient, clean and I will be back.

Too much rice very little meat will not go back again

This is by far the best Panda Express I’ve visited in Gwinnett County! The restaurant is always very clean, and the staff are consistently kind and friendly. Most importantly, the food is delicious every time. My go-to is the Kung Pao Chicken rice bowl — it’s flavorful and always hits the spot. Highly recommend this location!

It was OK

Although i love the food, especially the Orange chicken dish, yet the quantity per plate has changed from last year.

Asked for a specific item and they tell u it will be a wait so u decide to get all your food fresh and they even set the box to the side then pay for it all and then to find out when your order is ready they packed your bag and you asked where the other box was and they didn’t charge you for your extra item and they expected you to pay for their mistake 😡 not to mention I had to repeat myself atleast 10 times in the beginning bc they didn’t understand you wanted a plate and a additional medium item

This place used to be decent . The price matched the quantity. Now it’s a rip off. they give you so little protein. I ordered the chicken and green beans and I kid you not it had six small slivers of chicken. At least at chick-fil-a you get a whole breast for a 10 dollar sandwich. Another place making cuts that will lose all their business.

Great food and reasonable pricing I ordered thru the app and usually still have to wait a few mins but they're just ensuring I get fresh egg rolls which are amazing

Friendly service, big portions!

Don't go there after 8pm. Half of the dishes are gone and you need to wait 20 mins if you want something that they need to cook.

Kenneth was very helpful. And all around awesome!

I do not know what it is about this location but the food is amazing. If you have not had a chance to go to this spot, please do so. The mixed greens are seasoned to perfection.
