Papa Johns Pizza

This location uses Doordash to deliver and it took 50 mins from time of pickup to reach our house. My order was wrong on top of that and when I tried multiple times to call the location they would place me on hold for 20 mins until they or the system would hang up on me. Called in 3 times and never got through. The worst Papa John's in Ga. Never doing business here again.

They don’t wear gloves or hair nets. One of the cooks was rubbing her head and went right back to touching the pizza. I was picking up for door dash and was looking at them. It’s disgusting and unsanitary.

Did a pickup order and it was ready on time. Nice and hot veggie pizza. Good food at a good price. No place for dining in. Everyone was friendly and service was quick.
Will be back again!

I ordered a pizza tonight. It was cold once I received it. But more messed up it was upside down. I told the person that delivered it and he told me to just flip it right side up

Very rude.

Tried to place an order, was told to call the order service, if you can't take an order. Close you store. Lazy ass people can't do a simple job.

simply put we ordered take out and the dough was raw and chewy. insane

The service is terrible. Slow and they do not deliver courtesy when order is incorrect. I will never come back to this location!!!

I just watched the guy who handles raw dough lick his thumb and continue touching the dough. 🤢

Horrible would give them a 0. I ordered a delivery called them directly as I thought it would have been better. They forgot the beverages manager was rude and she refused to give me a refund for the non delivered drinks. Error on their end.

The chicken wings are really good and also the pizza except the extra cheese one which was pretty bad but overall good

We were disgusted to find a roach on our pizza during our recent visit to the Suwanee Papa John's. Caleb was the cashier who assisted us, and while the manager promptly apologized, took accountability, and offered to remake or refund the pizza, we found the situation unacceptable and extremely unpleasant. Naturally, we opted for a refund. We hope that this Papa John's location takes immediate steps to improve their cleanliness, conduct thorough inspections, and address any pest issues promptly.

I can see the concerns of other reviewers- this location struggles a bit with timely preparation. I ordered through Uber Eats and my food took ~10min longer than estimated - no deal breaker, but definitely something which the location should improve.However, the quality of the pizza is FIRE! This is definitely the tastiest pizza out of all fast food chains IMO soft, fresh, good amount of ingredients, great seasoning - perfect!

I ordered 20 pizzas 48 hours ahead of time for my team lunch. It was to be delivered at 1115am so we could eat lunch by 1130. Unfortunately, the store didn’t start making our pizzas until 11am. The poor DoorDash driver arrived at 1105am to pick them up and waited until 1210pm to deliver them to us at 1220pm. Since the food was so late many of our team members missed lunch due to other conflicts. Luckily, the food was good but the service was poor. I’ll most likely not use this store again for my orders.
