Decent minimal customer service, soda machine could use a cleaning, soda machine could also use better carbonation, I ordered extra pickles on my sandwich and literally got one sickly pickle chip. I just took a bite of my sandwich and there’s also no vinegar or oil like I requested. The fries come unsalted if that’s important for people who can’t have salt. The tables and floor were clean. Their prep station also appeared very clean. My experience was very underwhelming and not quite satisfying. The pricing is nice and I was fed so it wasn’t a total loss.

We had the cheesecake and Italian, both grilled and they were fantastic. We love their lemonade and fries as well. One of favorite places!

Why is this the only Penn Station in Georgia? Omg!! I can’t drive an hour out to come herrree ! This is like the best place to go, the phillys the cookies.. 10/10

I ordered the full 12inch Philly cheesesteak and it was not even close to what I had back in Philly. Disappointed esp on the little amount of meat was there… Hope they live up to the name Penn Station.

The food tasted good I paid for extra meat and I swear it did not look like it was extra meat I ordered delivery so there was nothing way to tell them I also they have a spot for to add comments I asked for napkins ketchup for the fries and also malt vinegar for the fries I ordered two days in a row both times I asked for these items neither time did I get them so they do not read the order comments
