Normally a decent spot for lunch but recently waiting 30 mins for lunch while 4 ppl are working the line is maxed out and 1 person on the register and then a guy who has a order of idk 15 sandwiches gets in front of you and they don’t take your order they make you wait thru all of that the service has went downhill
It’s not hard to get a sandwich correct the past 3 times I’ve ordered it’s never been the correct thing the employees clearly do not care what goes on your sub I will never be ordering from this location ever again
Excellent!!!!!!
Best cheesesteak in the area by far, but all the sandwiches are excellent because the bread is phenomenal.
Would give zero stars if I could. $8 for a large fry..... I can get two whole bags of potatoes, between 10-15 pounds depending on the type for this one fry cost. THIS IS RIDICULOUS it's not like they are frying in some super expensive healthy olive oil or even highly processing the fries and cost a lot either. Wake up people! The food is good but the prices are outrageous. Don't even get me started on $17 for a large sub..... Splitting a large sub with the wife and large fry with only 1 drink is $30... Then they look at you funny when you don't tip like I should be spending $40 here and we didn't even get our own food/order the exact way we wanted having to split. Will never be back until they decide to have reasonable prices again. This is a fast food sub shop not a sit-down restaurant.
I had a craving for cheesesteak...I maybe biased bc I'm from Philly but their cheese steak is not cheesesteak. it was so salty! And the Italian sub was not good. I took a few bites and couldn't finish the rest. So disappointed. 😫
I seriously love the service at this Penn station location, and obviously the subs, fries and lemonade has been on point every time we have been there.
My to go are the Philly cheesesteak and the Italian subs. The bread they use is so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I feel like they are the perfect size and had the right amount of ingredients so it’s not a mess while eating.
Their fresh lemonade its a bit sweeter than I would prefer it but my wife and son loves it that way.
And the French fries are always freshly made so you will definitely have crunchy and warm fries on your visits.
Dine in or take out we have always had a great experience on our visits.
Thank you as always and look forward to our next visit.
Very good grilled subs, the Italian sub is really good. Home sliced fries all cooked to order. Good friendly service and fresh squeezed lemonade. I wish they had more locations in the south. I highly recommend it.
The employees are friendly. They get 3 stars bc the food was just ok. My order wasn't right and was missing every topping and condiment. Thus ,my chicken Philly was a little dry and very bland. The fries and lemonade were good, but I didn't drive that far for fries..
The service is super slow. They took 30 min to make one wrap and one cold sub. It wasn’t even busy at the time we ordered either. The food wasn’t even worth the time

Saltiest sandwich I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. I ordered the chicken teriyaki, so I would be giving it some grace, but even the bread by itself, with no sauce, tasted salty. The only reason they’re getting a 2 instead of 1 is because the fries are actually amazing and the lemonade wasn’t bad.
horrible customer service .Employees are rude and disrespectful nobody ever needs to come here
Fav Philly cheese steak
Have been curious about this place and so finally stopped by. It was empty at noon, which seems weird for a sandwich shop. Italian sub and small fries was $15+. Fries were tasty and crisp, sub was decent, but too salty. Glad that I tried them, but I'll stick to Sub of Subs and Jersey Mike's.
Such a well run establishment, we absolutely love Penn Station and after living in Florida for 5 years we were so happy to see our new home had a Penn Station restaurant. The team here is always so friendly and the food is SO GOOD. This is a must try for lunch or dinner.
