Pan Pizza is as awesome as when I used to go and dine in when Pizza Hut used to be a full dine in restaurant. Always been a fan of the Pan Pizza and believe me, you will not be disappointed.

We have been ordering from this Pizza Hut once a week for years. No complaints.
We love their pizza, breadsticks, and wings. The delivery drivers are always very fast and kind.
Yesterday I placed a very large online delivery order early in the day to be delivered later at the party time. I made a few mistakes and had to call to ask them to fix. The lady that answered was so sweet and helpful, I wish I knew her name. She called me later when there was a train stuck on the tracks delaying the driver. AND called me after the party to make sure everything was delivered ok and that I didn’t have any issues. Thank you so much!

My main complaint is if I order a pasta, don't forget to put the fork. It has happened to me twice that they don't give me a fork to eat and I can't do anything with the pasta.

So, first comment...Pizza Hut shouldn't use DoorDash. I ordered two med. Pizzas, they were supposed to be delivered at 9:24. So about ten after 9, I get a text from Doordash that says they would be delivered at 10:06! We ended up getting our pizza at about 9:39. The pizza was not warm, but tasted really good! Pizza Hut should stop using doordash and go back to delivering their own pizzas!

I ordered pizza through the app. Originally had it on delivery but changed it to carry out. Upon doing so I had a switch of stores that I was not aware of. However once I located the store I was pleasantly surprised to get a very aromatic and delicious nine Pizza from the 525 Peachtree industrial restaurant. Moreover, before getting my review pizza hut gave me a nice gift of pizza for my next order which I used for the Lawrenceville-SUWANEE Rd store closest to me to check out the service on food taste and speed. Both stores did well for food taste and speed of service! I feel good about recommending them for good pizza to anyone with a rumbling tummy. Meat lovers rock! Enjoy!

Very rude Store Manager. I'm a doordash driver and had a hard time picking up an order even after I signed my name . The store manager said and I quote " I don't care about your time ".

The food was very old and cold in very disgusting I was so disappointed ?

Lost my order twice even when confirmed once by email via their app and the next time over the phone. Extremely disappointing and unreliable. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Missing items from order. Ordered fries and received literally 12 fries in a micro pizza box. Absolutely no customer service. Try to call and it's an answering service. Was expecting a credit back for items ordered but not delivered that never came.
