So this review is about the manager BRANDY and this establishment. I ordered my pizza at 3:48 and it said my pizza would get here at 4:30. I ordered two medium pizzas and a Hershey cookie pie. First of all, my pizza didn’t get here until 5. My cookie wasn’t even cut. When i called and complained, BRANDY immediately got defensive. This establishment is crap. I ordered a meal pizza and wings off of the Pizza Hut app to-go (To go to try to save the employees stress). At completion of order I received a message saying 20 minutes and my order will be done. I arrived at this place exactly 20 minutes after i ordered. I placed an online order and when I received my food not only was it cold but the cheese was a little more brown than I would have liked it to be when I called the store to inform the General Manager she was rude defensive and extremely unprofessional not only was she yelling and screaming at me she hung up the phone in my face when I called back she had one of her employees answer the phone and he as well proceeded to disrespect me and he then hung up on me.
