This pizza place usually do me right the times I do order pick up.
Last night I ordered 2 topping pizza pepperoni and bacon. $17 dollars. Where was the meat? Prices increasing but not customer service 😒

I had my pizza delivered and there was no sauce at all and even asked for extra sauce!! Service was great but food was terrible.

Orlando made right on our pizza! No questions asked when we explained to him that our pizza wasn’t to our satisfaction last night, not to going mention the reason why here, let’s focus on the positive. The remake was wonderful!

Definitely a 5 ⭐️ experience for me and in 2025. It was definitely my mistake in what I ordered and they replaced it no hassle. Even gave me a complimentary item for the wait.

This Pizza Hut is definitely 1 of the best environments to be in. With a grade of 100 & the customer service is literally perfect. They look out for the regulars & always make your food exactly you want. Even if I moved from this area I will always come here once a week or more faithfully

Went in at 11:33 PM. The door was open. Its mentioned that the branch closes 12:15 A.M. , however the manager refused to take my order . Said we are done taking orders for the day! If you are so done atleast you should close the door and not leave it open. Plus the welcoming was very bad .

Customer service is so bad. I stopped by at around 2:00 on 03/20/2025, but the white guy had a bad attitude when I showed the order on my phone. I have never come back this location. I think manager should train customer service skills for employees.

Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza, there were only three slices of pepperoni on each slice. That's not even a pepperoni pizza. The photo on their website shows a minimum six slices + of pepperoni per slice.
I asked for spicy marinara sauce and couldn't even taste the sauce because there was so little on it.
Beware of this chintzy location (Suwanee location on Lawrenceville Suwanee road) . Food doesn't look anything like it does on their website. Dry flavorless nearly toppingless nothing!
I would add a photo but it doesn't let you do that on this site that I can tell.

Such a great company and product back in the '70s and '80s. How far they have fallen!
