Customer service is so bad. I stopped by at around 2:00 on 03/20/2025, but the white guy had a bad attitude when I showed the order on my phone. I have never come back this location. I think manager should train customer service skills for employees.

Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza, there were only three slices of pepperoni on each slice. That's not even a pepperoni pizza. The photo on their website shows a minimum six slices + of pepperoni per slice.
I asked for spicy marinara sauce and couldn't even taste the sauce because there was so little on it.
Beware of this chintzy location (Suwanee location on Lawrenceville Suwanee road) . Food doesn't look anything like it does on their website. Dry flavorless nearly toppingless nothing!
I would add a photo but it doesn't let you do that on this site that I can tell.

Such a great company and product back in the '70s and '80s. How far they have fallen!

The last two times I’ve ordered the guy answering the phone can’t give me any details on specials, and is super rude. Will not go to location ever again.

Placed an order over an hour and half ago that was never received. Tried to call prior to the actual closing time and someone extremely rude answered and said we are closed and hung up without asking why I was calling. Continued calling back and they kept hanging up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will be reporting this location.

i made a order at 12:29 , they said there wasnt a door dash driver coming to pick my order up yet when i called about it again at 1:30 then i called again at 2 and they said theyd just give me credits for it being late then when i called at 2:40 and it still hadnt arrived they cancelled it when i needed my order today for my kids and i dont have much money to spend on ANOTHER order and i wont get that money back until 24-48 hours .

Zero service for carry out. They literally spend entire time making pizza and completely ignore you if you walk in. Not even a “hey, we’ll get to you soon” or “it will be a second”. They literally ignore you for 20 min plus while you stand at front counter even though app says pizza is ready for carry out.

I don’t blame the workers there being worked like dogs. I blame the management that short staffs them to the point where if they make food in the back, they don’t have time to talk to the customers up front.

They are slow

I placed a Corporate large order on 10/1 for 10/2 delivery at 12:30. The Door Dash driver sat at the restaurant until 10 til 1 finally got the food. When we received the food which was 9 pizzas and (4) 34 counts wings all were cold. When I called the restaurant the manager told me he was buy himself. The frustrating part is I placed the order a day in advance, which is enough time to make sure there was coverage the next day for big and regular orders. I ask how will my company be compensated for the trouble, time and horrible cold food that we just had to throw away the Manager told me to hold, put the phone down and didn't come back. I then drove up to the store ask in person- so what are you going to do, the employee stated our DM-Matthew stated the most he'll give credit for is $50 on a $400 order w tip. So unacceptable. I order from this location all the time for corporate events. But trust I will not order from Pizza Hut nor this location again. I will order from the nearby competitor.

We placed an order for delivery last night and were very disappointed. The pizza tasted old as if it had had been sitting out for more than an hour or two. The pizza was also cold. The wings seemed as if they were just thrown carelessly into the box and the sauce on the wings arrived leaking all throughout the box. Our sauces that we paid extra for were missing. We ordered the cheesy breadsticks…Those were also hard and cold. Horrible experience.

The worst experience ever. My order was transferred to doordash. I watched my order estimate delivery go from 12mins to 45mins to 1hr. I had to call over a dozen times, being placed on hold for 20mins before being advised that oh you can come to pick up your order. I was confused because This particular location was only 7mins away from where my kids and I were staying. After picking up the order and getting back to where we were staying both of the pizzas had slices that were only toasted dough, the chicken alfredo looked and tasted like someone took the pasta out of the oven and just poured a lot of seasoning on top of it. For the inconvenience no apology was offered. Nor was the tip or delivery fee refunded. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Very bad service! I paid a day before at the same store in person 5 large pizzas for delivery for the next day, but the next day we don't have on time, leaving 17 people at work without lunch.
After work i visited at the same store but manager said the will back my money, that's all
Showing me how unprofessional and rude is, saying me i don't have time to you... i have to much to do.
After disappear he leave alone. ... i don't buy anymore ... sorry pizza hut!

The GM apparently his name is Matt, is a clueless imbecile who needs some more training

Absolute trash of employees, especially the black guy with dreads, the management won't even speak with you to handled incorrect orders. The most unprofessional and rude pizza hut I have ever seen. If you hate your job why do you work here ?

Christina was prompt as soon as I entered store. It was pi day (3.14) and she took my order with a smile! She held the store down solo and still was able to get my order out to me within 15 minutes with a smile! I gave her a well deserved tip for her good service!
