Had an issue with cold food. The worker told me it would be 25 minutes. I was there a way before 25 minutes. Get back to my office, open up the food... bite into it, & everything is cold ..the wings looked like they've been sitting for hours. Upon going back to the store. I asked to speak to a manager, lo, and behold. The guy was a general manager, and I remember this guy because I do doordash pick-ups at this location all the time. And I've watched this worker interact with customers, very unprofessional & his attitude is nasty. I was very cordial with speaking to him because I normally cut-throat when addressing poor customer service skills. I'll try a different location next time

Ordered through the mobile app, this store reassigned to a DoorDash driver. The dasher delivered to the wrong address.Attempted to call store for assistance on requesting a refund or if I could come pick up instead. Called 2-3 times and no answer, gave them about fifteen minutes. Called again, someone picked up the phone with no greeting and placed it down on the counter. Nobody ever picked up.I hope whoever got my pizza enjoyed it. 0/5

Worst service ever, my delivery that was ordered was wrong so I called and he said he will reorder it but didn't even ask me what was the mistake was so I mentioned that to him and got mad and hang up the phone on me so I reported to corporate. Never again.
Second delivery in a row that our pizza was delivered cold and looked like it had sat under a heat lamp for hours. They use DoorDash for delivery now; so your dasher will pick up multiple orders and delivery yours when they get to it. From the time they picked up the pizza to the time it was delivered was almost an hour (we are less than 10 miles from the Pizza Hut location). If you want hot pizza, I suggest just getting DiGiorno or picking up your pizza yourself.

Pizza is good but the system is way too messed up you can’t possibly charge 26 for 2 medium pizzas at carry out if online it says 14.94 or 7 each just terrible make sure your employees have access to give customers the same discounts at the

You’re food is great but your call center is ghetto as ever. The little girl picks up and says yes, not how can I help. Then I ask if I can place my order, she says no, you reached the call center. I say well can you tell me how I can place my order. She’s says you called the call center. Come on!! This is how you treat people?? I hung up and placed my order somewhere else. You can’t play these games nowadays. So disappointed.

Food was good, tasty, fresh and hot. Next time, I'd like my pizza cooked slightly longer. I will try adding that to the special instructions. Ordered mild boneless wings. They tasted more vinegary than spicy. Luckily, I like vinegar but was expecting more of a typical spicy/hot buffalo flavor. Will probably try another sauce next time. Excellent customer service by the gentleman that gave me my order. Wish I knew his name. It's been forever since I had Pizza Hut. No regrets!
