This location is always pretty fast if you order online and come back abo it 15 minutes later. It’s pizzza hut so the food is literally just that. Nothing major, but comfort food.

Worst customer experience ever. The African American cashier lady was very rude and inpatient. She told us that we have to pay again when we were there to pick up our order. I tried to confirm with her that if my order is ready or not ( if they haven’t start on my order then I don’t want it anymore, make sense right?). She kept going away every time after I asked her “is my order ready to pick up right now?” and won’t give me a chance to say how I would want to pay. Then, she complained to me“I already told you five times that your order is ready, but you have to pay again because something is wrong on her end.” Well, because you kept going away every time after I asked you the same question and didn’t even tell us “I will be right with you” or something like that, so I didn’t even have a chance to say how I would like to pay. Very bad experience. We have ordered several times from this store, and this will be our last time.

I ordered pizza with extra pizza sauce, but there was less sauce than average on the pizza. The only sausage option was chicken sausage and would have preferred pork sausage. One large pizza with five toppings for delivery with tip was just under $38. Not a very good value.

This was after 45 minutes and us calling them to see what happened to our order. I called the "national call center" that the dude told me I talked to. Nonsense. Do NOT order from this place.

They did not bring all of our order we paid for, we called several times letting them know and we let the delivery driver know of the missing items and they told us they would bring it out. they did not bring it out, we called back and they told us they would refund it. they did not refund it. Manager called a week later after a review and She apologized and said to call her back when we were ready for the next order and She will give us the products we paid for and didn't get. We called back today 2 weeks later and they said She does not recall it.. We paid for items we didn't get and they have no accountability at all, they clearly do not want our business that we have continuously given for the last 5 years. Will be calling Amex to dispute and get our refund

I am leaving this review even before eating a slice of pizza. I just picked up an order worth $50 and i was greeted by Chris when i walked into the store. This dude epitomizes Southern Hospitality. Greeted me with a smile, asked me how my day was and showed me every item in my order so that i could be satisfied with the appearance of it before i put it in my car. This 5-star review is solely for Chris!! Keep it up buddy!!!
Do not consider this place if you want quality food for the price. Got a "pan pizza" that was nothing better then the regular style at any restaurant but I had to pay extra for what I was hoping was pan.....go to Jets if you want that. Then the toppings.....oh wait they barely put any on. The second pizza was thin crust cheese....hard to screw up but wait....I asked for both pizzas to be well done....nope couldn't do it.....stay as far away as you can from this place......money done the drain.....I ended up throwing it all away for something better.
