I placed the order online. I arrived at the scheduled time. No customers were there. He hadn't even noticed the order in the system. He started preparing it once I got there and you could tell. My melt was greasy, thrown together and burnt. The Cinnabons were messy and cold.

Lady who brought out my order was extremely rude and yelled at my sister and I when she brought out the wrong order. We saw that the order wasn't ours because we ordered two pizzas and she brought out one, so we asked what the name was and she had a huge attitude with us.

Worst customer service I've ever had at a Pizza Hut. This was the second time I've done curbside. I follow the text for curbside. I waited 15 minutes after the text when the order said it'd be ready in 15 minutes and it took over 20 to even get there. Then the employees waived next to the curb , which sitting there is illegal, and hands me my pizza. Inwas just trying to get food to my nurses and I was late. still hope they have a nice day

Not much to say other than this my go to Pizza Hut for carry out because they always get my order right and the toppings are always generous on my pizza. Best tasting Pizza Hut around!! See attached photos!!

Very surprised by these reviews because I had a great experience. I made an online order and picked up about 30 min later. My pizza was hot and ready. She even opened up the pizza and reviewed the toppings. No issues here. Will go again.

Ordered here online a few times in the past 2 months and every order has either come wrong or is missing something entirely. Was told mistakes would be credited to my account and removed after purchase and after ordering again, the order has come almost completely wrong and no charge has been lifted. Staff is polite on the phone but still nothing that was promised has been fulfilled.

Used the Pizza Hut app to place an order. Called in to ask where my order was and after I called twice with no pick up the third time the lady who answered was extremely rude, didn't update me on my order and then hung up the phone one me. Do not give this branch your money.

I called their phone number to order pizza and when I went to pick it up they said that it's not in their computer. So I said where did my order go? They said that after 3 rings it goes to call center. How f*** up is that?? Incompetent staff!

The pizza was ready super fast! Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong crust by accident. LUCKILY, they were able to make me a new pizza and they were pretty nice about it.
I hate the fact that I looked everywhere on their website/directory for locations and cannot find a phone number for there locations… Makes me so angry I don't want to even go there

This store, is absolutely amazing!!! My friend and I were home alone so we decided to order pizza. The pizza deliver man, Bailey, got here and we realized we had lost our cash. Bailey waited patiently outside and let us look for it and we were very upset when we could not find it. Bailey was so nice, he offered to pay for our pizza and was so nice about it! I will defienetely order from here again the service is amazing and, he food is pretty great too! Definitely worth it!

Just ordered two medium pizza specials. Both were delivered lukewarm and very dry. Flavor was just not there. Another interesting piece was we were charged a 299 delivery charge, just was not aware of that.
