I had an issue with my first smoothie order. It was picked up but never delivered. Called the store and Riley was helpful in communicating with me to get the issue fixed. Thank you to the team there at planet smoothie for making my day a little better with great customer service!

Overall great place for a smoothie. Multiple options. I feel like it's a little pricy but the bowls and smoothies are good. One of the acai bowl is 12 dollars with tax. There are usually 2 people working so drinks come out pretty fast but I've only gone on odd hours.

Good smoothies and bowls but very rude employees. Picked up an order of açaĂ bowls and didnât see spoons in the bag and asked if they were in the bag and was told yes. When I opened the bag they werenât included, no issue, just went back inside and asked for spoons. The employee threw the spoons on the counter right next to my outstretched hand while giving me a nasty look. I didnât know asking for spoons thatâs werenât included warranted such behavior ?ââď¸ usually theyâre much nicer but the employees on July 3 didnât seems to like me asking for a spoon.
Edit: After reading some reviews I have seen that another customer commented on the same employee a month ago and clearly nothing has changed. I would recommend this place if the girl working that had been mentioned by name isnât working to have a better experience. Changing from 1 start to 2 since the other employees Iâve encountered have been much nicer but there are other places that will get you the same items with better service. She just left such a bad taste in such a short encounter. Also ask Iâm eating my bowl they left out part of of three toppings. Best to just skip this place ?ââď¸

All smoothies are not created equal. I travel the Metro Atlanta area for work. Iâm on the move so I want to grab something quick and healthy. Planet Smoothie in Suwanee is my go to spot. They always have a smile and make the best smoothies anywhere. The place is clean, friendly and just the best team members with lots of smiles and best tasting smoothies. #planetsmoothiesuwanee!
I visit this Planet Smoothie daily throughout the Spring and Summer. Aside for the smoothies being great, the staff is very friendly and supportive when I'm indecisive. Rylee is amazing with her customer service, patience and professionalism. She's a exceptional conversationalist and never disinterested in her work or the people. This Planet Smoothie is one of my favorite places to visit when I need to get away from my office.
Vegetarian options: Alternative proteins and green options.
Parking: 15 min parking spots right in front. These are perfect.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love the smoothies and enjoy talking to Rylee.

Planet Smoothie in Suwanee Town Center makes the best smoothies in town! I go there at least three times a week. Itâs always extremely clean and the service is excellent. I order ahead and Rylee is always there with a smile and has everything I ordered ready to go. If youâre ever on the area, you must visit!

Products are ok, but the most important thing for a business is when it comes to customers.... This place should make sure, or at least, try to make sure they hire the right people with a really good customer service abilities, always a bad experience when buying something at this location with two girls, one looks like Indian and the other one white named Alexia or Lexi, something like that... Those two girls have the most rude and unwelcoming attitude, they're not even worth a tip... Hope the store hire carefully they workers since they are the face of the business.

Honest Review:Smoothieâs not bad. But Definitely, lied about the nutrition. Asked if smoothie had a lot of sugar twice to make sure we were on the same page. Owner lied and said No, saw on their website it has 72 grams of sugar⌠so if you want a decent smoothie, not a bad place. If you want Honesty, look elsewhere.
