Disappointing. The salmon was good. The spicy tuna - ground? It looked like masago - the texture and flavor weren’t even like fish. Also - they didn’t mix all of the ingredients together - only a few, so we had to do the rest ourselves.
Finally, the staff didn’t know the ingredients in several items, so it was difficult to navigate food allergies.
It has potential, but fell short.

Food was great! Service was also super nice, both of the guys working here were super patient and soft spoken, came with my dad and brother on a Saturday afternoon! Both of them as well as myself loved the food and the atmosphere was super calming and welcoming in a way, the people working were super polite and friendly. Definitely will be coming again soon!

Everytime I come here the food is SO fresh. I can literally taste the freshness. Every ingredient is bursting with flavor. You can literally taste the difference between the tuna and salmon. I never fell weighted down after having bowl here. I actually have good energy after my lunch. I want to say thank you to the staff, who actually take pride in their work. It really shows in the freshness and experience I have everytime I come.

Changing my review from 1 to 4: They gave me a replacement so it's fine. It was just a pain to drive for 1 hour to grab my food, but it's Uber Eats so I had to.
I understand your comments on customization. People when they order pizza they expect the pizw base one. You don't expect only the protein and veggies or cheese. That's why it's called default selection. I get you want users to customize but then make it mandatory to complete the order. I order for other poke bar places and all I do is select my protein and get the default menu. It was lunch time and I wanted to order the fastest way possible during my meeting. I didn't go by your extra customization. If users want they can customize if they select that option. Anyways I got my order food at dinner and the supplement so I am giving the star up. I understand it's hard as a small business owner and I don't want it to affect them. .
Ordered via Uber eats and only protein in a large box and a medium box for $45. **** This is really horrible, very disappointed. Never again from this restaurant.
