Everytime I come here the food is SO fresh. I can literally taste the freshness. Every ingredient is bursting with flavor. You can literally taste the difference between the tuna and salmon. I never fell weighted down after having bowl here. I actually have good energy after my lunch. I want to say thank you to the staff, who actually take pride in their work. It really shows in the freshness and experience I have everytime I come.

Changing my review from 1 to 4: They gave me a replacement so it's fine. It was just a pain to drive for 1 hour to grab my food, but it's Uber Eats so I had to.
I understand your comments on customization. People when they order pizza they expect the pizw base one. You don't expect only the protein and veggies or cheese. That's why it's called default selection. I get you want users to customize but then make it mandatory to complete the order. I order for other poke bar places and all I do is select my protein and get the default menu. It was lunch time and I wanted to order the fastest way possible during my meeting. I didn't go by your extra customization. If users want they can customize if they select that option. Anyways I got my order food at dinner and the supplement so I am giving the star up. I understand it's hard as a small business owner and I don't want it to affect them. .
Ordered via Uber eats and only protein in a large box and a medium box for $45. **** This is really horrible, very disappointed. Never again from this restaurant.

first off idk who thought it was smart to remove the boba. customer service was good by one of the guys, the other guy was pushy and kinda rude. no big deal there for the food not the service. now food wise protein scoops are minuscule, sauce is super runny $31 for two bowls that are tiny. flavor was good. i probably wont go back.

Ordered uber eats today a large bowl supposedly 4 proteins, I asked for 3 chicken scoops and 1 shrimp, kale, fried onions…..what I actually received was literally 3 shrimp and 2 chicken with small crumb sizes, they didn’t add kale only parsley. What is going on with everyone?!!!…..can’t read or just don’t care? To drop 2 pieces of chicken a few Crumbs and 3 half pieces of shrimp, these aren’t scoops!!!!
Everything is great except the portion ratio sizes so much rice to protein.
