Everytime I come here the food is SO fresh. I can literally taste the freshness. Every ingredient is bursting with flavor. You can literally taste the difference between the tuna and salmon. I never fell weighted down after having bowl here. I actually have good energy after my lunch. I want to say thank you to the staff, who actually take pride in their work. It really shows in the freshness and experience I have everytime I come.
Changing my review from 1 to 4: They gave me a replacement so it's fine. It was just a pain to drive for 1 hour to grab my food, but it's Uber Eats so I had to.
I understand your comments on customization. People when they order pizza they expect the pizw base one. You don't expect only the protein and veggies or cheese. That's why it's called default selection. I get you want users to customize but then make it mandatory to complete...

first off idk who thought it was smart to remove the boba.
customer service was good by one of the guys, the other guy was pushy and kinda rude. no big deal there for the food not the service. now food wise protein scoops are minuscule, sauce is super runny $31 for two bowls that are tiny. flavor was good. i probably wont go back.
