Popeyes

I appreciate the server Walter's great customer service with my finicky Popeyes app that wasn't giving me vides! Food here is always tasty. Covid mitigation's have also been added that now requires people wait outside so I feel safer.

I haven't had Popeys in years. I loved it in Louisiana but the taste is different here, in California. My husband was dying to try the Cajun flounder. He went and picked up our sandwiches. When he came back they were still warm...... yes...... The patty was a nice size, it came with tarter sauce and 2 pickles. The bread was super soft..... we both loved the flavor. I don't know if the quality of the food here has gone done, but my experience at this location last week was awful. Stopped by to get lunch for the fam bam and ordered dark meat chicken, chicken strips, biscuits, mac and cheese, and fries. None of the food was hot. In fact saying it was room temperature would be a bit of a stretch. Also they forgot to include utensils which made it really hard for the kids to eat without making a huge mess.
